Notes: Deads felt real heavy today and I guess it was just one of those days. I was well rested, well digested after a good breakfast and feeling really aggressive and ready (+ this weight is usually what I warmed up with in NY). But for some reason, I was just having a hard time and even ended up tweaking my pre-existing injury which I am really upset about since I was feeling really good before today. Not really sure what to do next in regards to deadlifts.

I'm thinking about writing up a program for myself to figure out my plan for each day at the gym. Bench is going well, should hit more PRs soon!!!
 
Are you on your feet all day at work? Shit like that fatigues you more than you realize. If I'm doing yardwork on a Saturday and out in the sun, my lifting day Sunday suffers sometimes. Just a thought.

Yeah, I'm almost positive its that and a combination of the lack of oxygen up here. I still haven't come to terms with the fact that I'm just not going to be as strong while I'm here. I only have to be here for 6 more weeks though!!

Notes: Converting to only doing front squats for a month or so since I had virtually no back pain while doing them and can keep the reps low before my form breaks down.

The PR with the push press is something I've been trying to hit for months! Pretty damn excited about that.

After the second set of 75, a guy started slowly walking over from the ping pong table pretending to be interested in the shit around me. Then started standing next to me while I was putting my wraps on and just said, "Are you native?" Now THAT'S a pick up line if I've ever heard one. He was from Egypt and spent about 10 minutes talking to me. I HATE talking to people when I'm working out.
 
Just went on a 15 mile hike that was hot and strenuous. My sciatica and leg/hip pain were horrible :icon_sad: and then I threw up! Something tells me I should not bench today...

OJ, I post everything that affects my training from my job, to my training partners, to my gym conditions and injuries. There was no ulterior motive for mentioning what I said and I don't think it needs any more explanation.

If you don't like what I say in here, there is a very simple solution (no white knights needed)...Just stop reading my log and stop talking to me which is what I thought we agreed on months ago.
