DWCS Dana's Contender Series 2025 thread

Ewert is good. Surprised he got a spot on DWCS as he’s 31 and Dana always says every season he’s not looking to give DWCS contracts to fighters in their 30’s.

Delano, Diaz and Yakyaev are still the 3 fighters I’m interested the most in watching out of everyone signed so far.

He says that every year but they keep doing it lol.

Agree with those three but I'd add Susurkaev to those guys and probably Ticoto too.

Some really good fighters so far this year, hopefully it continues.

That fight seems a little unfair tbh. I think Ticoto is the hardest hitting featherweight in the world, even ahead of Jean Silva.

Wilson might end up with his head in Dana's lap.
Hahah lol.
Yeah I remember you making that claim either in this thread or the Big Stupid Hype Trains thread. Looking forward to see him compete.

LFA is clearly the getaway for Brazilians between their local scene and DWCS. It used to be Jungle Fight
I am surprised by Damon Wilson. I follow CW, and I have no idea who he is. I was more expecting Luke Riley, small Hardwick, even maybe the Solomon Irish lad

He mainly fights on the San Diego cards. I think Riley will be on too but tbh I didn't really want him and Ticoto fighting each other.

That is another good one. ARES champions that aren't managed by ARES management are getting the chance to move on.

Everyone signed has already been offered fights before they were signed. Not sure why their managements teams are being so secretive about them. Just announce them. They've already agreed to them and signed the contract any way.

There's some that are clearly setup where you know who the favored fighter will be as per usual, but I'll wait for their teams make the announcements so they don't throw a fuss about folks making announcements before them.
