Media Dana White Looking Swole

"Easy to look like this when you're a millionaire!!!" HAHA so many jealous, weak men on this forum...

I cant imagine Dana's workload between flying, interviews, meetings, fights, etc the dude probably works 80 hours a week minimum. For him to still find time to work out and take care of himself while travelling all over the world is truly impressive. Does he have an insane physique? Not really, but at 53 for a guy who works as hard as he does to look like he does is still admirable.

this is the most pathetic thing i have ever read

It's easy to look like that when you have over $600 million dollars lol

Hire the best trainers, nutritionists, doctors, chefs etc... and so long as you can listen and do what they say - you're good.

Regardless, good for him or anyone at that. Staying in shape is harder as you get older.

It takes a lot of work and grind, especially for us normal folks.
This.

Good on Dana, but motherfucker almost certainly has a home gym better than most commercial gyms and can afford the most nutritious diets and best supplements known to man. Plus good old hgh/trt on tap with his budget.

It's easiER. You still have to put in the work, and that's a lot harder to do than it sounds. Heck, plenty of us probably have 10 or 20 or 50 or 100+ pounds that we could at least put a dent in by doing little more than cutting down on carbs for a couple of weeks. And yet people just don't do it.

Time is a big deal though. Dana probably has a private trainer who plans his schedule around Dana's, not the other way around like us. The only time Dana needs to spend on working out is literally the time to workout (plus shower I guess).

The rest of us need to get to the gym that may not be close and often at an incovenient time, wait in line for the machines, get back home, cook our own food, spend time researching appropriate workouts and nutrition plans (and still what we come up with won't be as good as what the professionals would give a rich man on a silver plate).

And let's not forget about a huge factor at that age: injuries. You work out hard, you'll get minor and sometimes major injuries all the time. Adapting your workout and schedule around them is very hard - again need to go to a doctor (can take a long time for us plebs), do PT (again a lot of time), or do the wrong thing at the gym that worsens it. Not so much for Dana, besides I'm sure he gets injured less often due to the care of his trainer, nutritionist and chemist.
Time is a big deal, and he gets to jump the cue with the learning curve, but it isn’t that complicated at the end of the day:

Deadlift, squat, and press. 6 reps x 5 sets. Increase as aggressively as possible, while maintaining form and safety. Stretch as much as possible. Eat 1gr protein for each lb of bodyweight. Everything else should be veggies or slow carbs (unrefined). Sleep enough (8hrs). You probably don’t need anything other than dumbells. I don’t have a gym membership, because I like exercising at home or office. Run.
That’s enough to get you strong and fit. While you are doing this you should watch as much youtube tutorials as possible. Don’t look for influencers, look for athletes, preferably olympians or power lifters. By the time you are maximizing on those three exercises, you will likely have run into the accessory exercises, stretches, and physio necessary to optimize.

What I meant by Dana not having more time is that he does a lot of shit. I’m sure he works constantly. Fun work that overpays (I bet it is not at all fun, but interviews and fuck it friday are probably fun for most folks), but I bet you he works upwards of 10hrs a day. I don’t even have time to watch all the shit that he’s a part of. That’s what I meant when I said he probably does not have much time.

"Enemies of the People" that actually made me laugh. That just seems like something one of those walking Tampon clowns Antifa would say. But the rest of what you said is on point.
Naw, it was all on point.

I respect highly accomplished people, billionaires included, but nobody does enough to be worth multiple millions times what many hard working people are worth.

That is just greed. More to the point, it hurts people by distorting the market by misallocating resources.

If you believe that the principle of capitalism is profit then you may believe that infinite concentration of wealth is good, but if you believe it is economic efficiency in supply and demand then such concentration of wealth is an unwelcome but not unexpected byproduct of free market capitalism (like monopolies).

I’m no antifa, but I’m also no apologist. We are doing well, but we can and will do better.

I have to give Dana props. Lots of rich fuckers look like dogshit at 50. Yeah, money helps a lot to buy the best personal trainers and steroids but a LOT of willpower and dedication are needed to train and stick to a diet day after day.

You talking to me??

The only benefit a billionaire may have in regards to fitness is time
Time, doctors, steroids, personal trainers, IV vitamin drip, insane amount of supplements, personal gym with every piece of equipment, stuff that you need a lot of money to afford regularly.

Good for him. But it's not like that physique is completely unattainable.
