Media Dana White Looking Swole

That's not what he said though.
? "No one works harder than this man" seems pretty clear. Even if we're assuming he means in the gym and in life, the idea that a guy who's worth half a billion and regularly phones stuff in works the hardest is comical.

It's easy to look like that when you have over $600 million dollars lol

Hire the best trainers, nutritionists, doctors, chefs etc... and so long as you can listen and do what they say - you're good.

Regardless, good for him or anyone at that. Staying in shape is harder as you get older.

It takes a lot of work and grind, especially for us normal folks.
You say it's easy and then in the same sentence say it's a lot of work and grind, and hard to do at that age.

Lol

The only benefit a billionaire may have in regards to fitness is time, and for Dana I honestly doubt he has more than the average hard working person. He probably had less.
As we all know, steroids are covered by insurance, and a single parent raising 2 kids has the same amount of time and resources as a multimillionaire lol.

It’s so annoying when people repeat this tired ass trope. There is no “best doctor and trainer” factory out there. Rich people aren’t Ivan Drago being monitored by sensors hooked to their sweaty bodies. They follow the same rules as everyone else - the laws of physics. If you eat more - you gain. If you eat less - you lose. Everything else is an excuse. If you’re a poor fat piece of crap then you’ll be an even fatter piece of crap when you’re rich.

That's not true though... Dana has a private chef, elite trainers, best gyms, money to buy the best food, supplements, treatments etc...

Sure, a regular person can be in shape and do similar things as well - but it's more work and more expensive for us.

I'm in great shape for my age but it's expensive and not easy to meal prep and cook etc... when you have a busy life.

It's definitely easier for someone as wealthy as Dana. You're retarded if you don't see this lol

Connect the dots...

It's easier for him because he has a team of people that do all the prep work (chefs, trainers, nutritionists, doctors etc...) and he's so rich paying all these people and buying the things he needs is nothing to him.

You need to chill on that weak sauce.

I am 100% on board about billionaires being enemies of the people and Dana being one of them, but you are waaaaaayyy off on this one.

The only benefit a billionaire may have in regards to fitness is time, and for Dana I honestly doubt he has more than the average hard working person. He probably had less.

Fitness is the one area where you need nothing but time and energy to invest in yourself. Yes, a nutritionist and instructor help, but there’s enough information and the information is basic enough to assist any person of reasonable ability in their fitness goals.

Personal fitness is not dependent on wealth, it is dependent on drive. It is never too late to start and is always worth it. You only disadvantage yourself by overstating money in this regard. Personal fitness is low hanging fruit!

Again... if you have access to the best doctors, chefs, trainers, nutritionists etc...

Getting in shape will be easier for you then a regular person who has to learn all of these things and pay for it themselves.

Sure anyone can get in shape. It's a lot harder for regular folks to do all these things when they have a 9-5, family etc...

It's easier for Dana to come home to prepared meals from his chef, after following the workout plans conceived by his trainers, watching his diet with the guidance of his nutritionist and his overall health being monitored more frequently by his doctors.

Getting in the kind of shape he's in - which btw for a 50 something year old dude is insane, like anyone saying 'ah its alight' tf you talking about hes jacked af - requires hard work whether you are rich or poor.

There is an absolutely enormous difference when you are rich though - you can have your meals calorie and macro controlled to suit your goals as determined by a professional nutrionist, you can have a personal gym and a dedicated trainer available wherever you are with no need to stress about driving or finding a place etc, you've got a PA to block out time in your diary for nothing but working out, you can have a dedicated doctor monitor your enormous intake of PEDs with expensive bloodwork and make sure they are constantly dialled in and not causing you problems, and indeed you can have access to the purest and highest quality PEDs with no worries about whether the shit you are putting in is actually what it says or not.

Yeh Dana is probably a somewhat time poor guy but he isn't running the UFC day to day - he finds time to argue with randos on social media, film fuck it friday videos, gamble with the Nelk Boyz and take vacations. Meanwhile some poor mfer has to work 8-6 and collect the kids from practice and do chores and do their accounting and walk the dog and cook and all this other shit you don't have to do when you are super rich. Stop bootlicking people for getting mega wealthy and don't assume they're the hardest working mfers in the world bc they did. Dana must grind to get that physique but I guarentee theres loads of people putting in more effort and getting less results bc of the diffference in their personal circumstances.

He didn't say it was just in the gym.

Dana is a very busy guy, it's not that crazy to think that he works very hard.

You sound like an excuse machine. Dana travels and works over 80 hours a week. He does NOT have MORE time than you, I can guarantee you that. Also, the whole "its expensive to eat healthy" is such garbage man. Oats, eggs, ground beef, rice, etc are all very cheap foods. Its not easy to meal prep?!?! STFU. Twice a week I throw rice in a rice cooker and cook up some ground beef. My lunches for the week are done in 20 minutes.

Sure he might work hard. He absolutely does not work harder than someone pulling double shifts or a UFC fighter juggling training and a full time job or a single parent juggling child care and a job.

This is some Elon Musk works 5,000 hours in the work week mythmaking. Money doesn't solve everything, but being able to hire a nanny even frees up a huge amount of time. It's not like Dana has to pick up and drop off the kids before and after work.

The best gym isn’t any more useful to your fitness than the worst gym. The only difference is size and optional amenities like towels and saunas. There is absolutely nothing you can do there that will somehow magically get you in better shape than your local LA fitness. The best trainers are a joke. What can they help you with? Moving more and eating less? Eating more protein? There is no magical exercise or routine - it’s just effort. Meal prep is just a buzzword lazy people use to excuse their laziness. You don’t have to meal prep - roughly count your calories and you’re good to go. Hell, eat pizza everyday - just eat less than you burn. That’s it. Simple. Poof. Done. People overcomplicate fitness with nonsense to have an excuse.

He has the lower body of somebody who has been confined to a wheelchair.

Clearly you're retarded lol

It' okay, I forgive you.
