Hire the best trainers, nutritionists, doctors, chefs etc... and so long as you can listen and do what they say - you're good.

Regardless, good for him or anyone at that. Staying in shape is harder as you get older.

It takes a lot of work and grind, especially for us normal folks.

Looking like that is easier than getting $600 million.
