Media Dana White Looking Swole

Getting in the kind of shape he's in - which btw for a 50 something year old dude is insane, like anyone saying 'ah its alight' tf you talking about hes jacked af - requires hard work whether you are rich or poor.

There is an absolutely enormous difference when you are rich though - you can have your meals calorie and macro controlled to suit your goals as determined by a professional nutrionist, you can have a personal gym and a dedicated trainer available wherever you are with no need to stress about driving or finding a place etc, you've got a PA to block out time in your diary for nothing but working out, you can have a dedicated doctor monitor your enormous intake of PEDs with expensive bloodwork and make sure they are constantly dialled in and not causing you problems, and indeed you can have access to the purest and highest quality PEDs with no worries about whether the shit you are putting in is actually what it says or not.

Yeh Dana is probably a somewhat time poor guy but he isn't running the UFC day to day - he finds time to argue with randos on social media, film fuck it friday videos, gamble with the Nelk Boyz and take vacations. Meanwhile some poor mfer has to work 8-6 and collect the kids from practice and do chores and do their accounting and walk the dog and cook and all this other shit you don't have to do when you are super rich. Stop bootlicking people for getting mega wealthy and don't assume they're the hardest working mfers in the world bc they did. Dana must grind to get that physique but I guarentee theres loads of people putting in more effort and getting less results bc of the diffference in their personal circumstances.
Dude, stop with the hyperbole. Jesus Christ. His physique isn’t “absolutely insane”. It’s fine. Professional nutritionists are useless. They just take a simple concept like getting a lot of protein and eating more or less than you burn and over complicate it with bullshit buzzwords. Complete waste of money. PEDs I’ll give you, but again, if you want TRT - your doctor will do just as good of a job as these mythical “top scientists” that supposedly “work around the clock” to keep rich people looking good. It’s all an excuse. Complete nonsense.

Clearly you're retarded lol

It' okay, I forgive you.
I’m not mad at you, just trying to help. You can call me whatever you want, doesn’t change the fact that you’re limiting your own potential by being mentally weak.

edit: thought you quoted me for some reason nvm

There arent masses of dudes in their 50s walking around with the kind of size and definition Dana has on in that photo. His physique looks way more than 'fine' there from any standpoint of comparison to even someone who trains regularly. The only way you're giving that just 'fine' is if you're comparing it to like amateur bodybuilding levels.

The nutrition itself is only a small part - its the mfer whose cooking all the damn food that makes the difference. Constantly varying your menu whilst keeping the macros and calories right where they need to be without you ever lifting a finger. No way Dana is on a simple TRT regimine, he's gonna be using expensive af GH and probably stuff like GLP-1 agonist to help his cuts.

Where is the excuse here? If you don't believe that having access to the kind of support that being super rich, or even just bog standard rich on top of your job, gives you then you're not too smart simple as that.

"This kid is impressive! Like, I've never seen somebody as strong as him! It's fucking outrageous! It's gonna blow your mind!"

- Dana about himself.

You need to chill on that weak sauce.

I am 100% on board about billionaires being enemies of the people and Dana being one of them, but you are waaaaaayyy off on this one.

The only benefit a billionaire may have in regards to fitness is time, and for Dana I honestly doubt he has more than the average hard working person. He probably had less.

Fitness is the one area where you need nothing but time and energy to invest in yourself. Yes, a nutritionist and instructor help, but there’s enough information and the information is basic enough to assist any person of reasonable ability in their fitness goals.

Personal fitness is not dependent on wealth, it is dependent on drive. It is never too late to start and is always worth it. You only disadvantage yourself by overstating money in this regard. Personal fitness is low hanging fruit!
"Enemies of the People" that actually made me laugh. That just seems like something one of those walking Tampon clowns Antifa would say. But the rest of what you said is on point.

You’re overcomplicating incredibly simple concepts. Counting calories is not as meticulous and time consuming as you make it sound. I’m into fitness. I count calories when I need to. The only macro that means anything is protein. Counting takes 5 minutes per day. Possibly less. It’s incredibly simple, especially with an app like MyFitnessPal. I don’t know what those compounds you listed are but “having cuts” is also incredibly simple. It’s a matter of losing fat. Again, an issue solved by nutrition. You make it sound like in order to look like you kind of work out in your 50s you need to be some type of a science experiment when in reality it’s simply a matter of the tiniest bit of effort and education. And imo, Dana’s body is nothing special. The reason why most 50 year olds don’t look like him is because they think that eating chick peas and stretching for 20 minutes a week is peak fitness for their age group. They’re just ignorant - that’s all.

Time is a big deal though. Dana probably has a private trainer who plans his schedule around Dana's, not the other way around like us. The only time Dana needs to spend on working out is literally the time to workout (plus shower I guess).

The rest of us need to get to the gym that may not be close and often at an incovenient time, wait in line for the machines, get back home, cook our own food, spend time researching appropriate workouts and nutrition plans (and still what we come up with won't be as good as what the professionals would give a rich man on a silver plate).

And let's not forget about a huge factor at that age: injuries. You work out hard, you'll get minor and sometimes major injuries all the time. Adapting your workout and schedule around them is very hard - again need to go to a doctor (can take a long time for us plebs), do PT (again a lot of time), or do the wrong thing at the gym that worsens it. Not so much for Dana, besides I'm sure he gets injured less often due to the care of his trainer, nutritionist and chemist.

Out of curiosity, are you the primary caretaker of any kids?
Let’s say I say no. What’s that going to do? Validate your excuse? Doesn’t matter. Anybody can find 30 minutes three times a week and be aware of their calories. Using children as an excuse is pathetic.

Dana always did mess around in the gym but you couldn't tell because of the unhealthy eating and drinking. Supposedly his Doctors advised him to clean it up or not be around much longer. I have to commend him for his work in knocking off the fat.

'Tiniest bit of effort and education' - this is the hyperbole man. Sorry but I'm 'into fitness' also and as my circumstances have changed there are so many ways in which building and maintaining high levels of fitness has become easier for me (tho admittedly I need it not being 20 anymore but kinda besides the point here). Are there people who don't have those advantages who sit on their ass and wonder why they aren't in shape? Sure, but theres way more people trying very hard and coming up against a hell of a lot of obstacles related to their situation in life.

My original point was actually that you can't say someone who looks like Dana does here doesent work hard in the gym bc they absolutely must, but I really cannot understand the mindset of looking at that and being like 'wah fucking anyone should be able to do that if they weren't weak'.
