Assuming Dana wants a main event that includes 1) an American who's 2) White House main event worthy and 3) has a decent chance to win, what's he going to aim for? Kayla v. Cyborg or Nunes? Title shot for Sean Brady? Seriously?

Of course he's looking at Jones for the main event. He'll have a serious backup plan or two, but unless Trump actually asks for something else specific, Jones will be plan A if Dana starts planning seriously for a White House card.

That's a doable card and would be Amazing and one of best ever cards in terms of stakes and legacy - maybe not name power.

You CANNOT have the possibility of a Muslim Russian winning on the white house lawn.

Jones just spent last year holding the div hostage, agreed to the Aspinall fight and then backtracked and fucked UFC over. Why on earth would UFC then risk putting him in this spot only to fuck them over again.

Same thing with Conor. They'll just make it a great card with whatever few big title fights they can make in a years time and that will be the card. The idea is the UFC doing a show there with a great card, not any one specific fight.

Jones ruined one year of Aspinall's career by holding the division hostage. Conor ruined almost two years of Chandler's time. Neither guy should be rewarded with a White House slot, with the stunts they pulled.

It's a nice payback from Dana White after Jon Jones fucked them around for so long for the Aspinall fight.

He's also pulled out of several fights in the past for instance UFC 151 when he refused a short notice opponent to replace Dan Henderson and basically made the whole card get cancelled, UFC 178, UFC 200 when he got caught by USADA, and also UFC 295.

You're also never safe from him doing something really stupid, getting arrested and sent to court.

I would also not have him on the White House card. Also, would it even be good PR for the White House to have convincted criminals fight in their garden? lol
