Jon does have arraignments coming July 24th and then early August, for his fleeing the scene & threatening a police officer. He's likely to get away with light sentences, but it will be interesting to see.

Jones is reduced to attention whoring at this point. He knows he can't beat Tom, but he can't let go of the fame and attention and is struggling emotionally with the fact he is quickly becoming irrelevant and forgotten.

It seems improbable that Dana could ever learn his lesson about Jones, but this sounds like he has.
