Crime Cyber Truck explodes in front of Trump Hotel in LV

Don’t think so, apparently he shot himself in the hearts prior to the explosion.

Or maybe someone shot him, left the gun in the car, and then remotely drove it
Jesus. I don't get it man. 19 years in the Army. One year away from the ability to retire with full pension. Already a hero. But THIS is going to be his legacy? Blowing yourself up in front of a Trump hotel?

Not just killing yourself as a terrorist, but killing yourself as a terrorist and was thwarted by the car you chose

Agreed. The guy was an ex-Green Beret with years of training and experience. If he'd wanted to attack that particular target for some reason, there are much more efficient methods he could have used.
There are multiple YouYube channels going viral of former Green Beret & special forces operators I.E. Seals & Rangers...etc.... dedicated to showing how bad some of these guys crash out & all the crimes that they commit while in or post service. These are former team guys literally on a mission to stop the spread of the narrative that anybody with a special forces title is a Rambo or role model. Some of the crimes are shocking & sloppy.

To name a few.
They recently have been going viral for exposing Tim Kennedy and really going after a lot of the war porn that is getting super popular on podcast.
Basically saying these titles do not make these guys the movie-esqe operators the general public believes them to be.
They get busted doing ALL kinds of crazy stuff pretty easily.
From murders, drug smuggling, rape, gun smuggling, and bank robberies .
The crazy thing about some of the stories is that they all make such stupid novice mistakes that it dispels a lot of the aura that civilians have for some these titles. There are even levels to that stuff. They all ain't the same. Not even close.

Last one I heard 4 of them robbed a bank, but with like rare special military issued weapons only issued to a few particular teams. Well it was as simple as them finding the 4 bone heads that checked out those weapons. LMAO.

So I would 100% not be shocked if he had the military affliation they claim he does.

They also are claiming a lot of the heros to the general public from these Special Forces communities are lying about their service and war stories...
All the big names like Marcus Luttrel, Rob O'Neil, Chris Kyle, Tim Kennedy... etc
They even call out Sean Ryan, Joe Rogan, & Jocko for platforming a lot of these claims when everyone in their community knows it's bullshit( not my opinion. Because not my place to judge on that)

That's interesting. I never thought these guys were Frank Castle-style unstoppable killing machines, but I would expect a basic level of competence if they decided to carry out an attack like this.

I'm just a civilian, but if I was fucked up enough to carry out a suicide attack on that hotel, I'd load up with as much ammo and guns as I could carry, wear body armour and then walk though the doors shooting anyone I could see.

Well you got to remember with PTSD a lot of these guys are not well or functional at all. Also, things are much easier to type than act out. The adrenaline and your mind work totally different under live game time pressure than thoughts online.

Its super interesting. When you look into it from their perspective. Because unlike a civilian they can immediately see through the bullshit based on being a subject matter expert & call it out. Meanwhile a civilian is literally only referencing movie shit & exaggerated bar stories.

The Tim Kennedy thing is crazy. They are like trying to ruin that guys life & even get him charged with Stolen Valor....a plot twist I would of never thought about. They destroyed his reputation over the past few months. I dont 100% know what to make of it.

Elon deploying a team to try and recover the in-cabin video. You’d think a rental company would have enabled this data sharing to be able to see if renters damaged the vehicle, etc.

I assume he shot himself after parking and there was some sort of fuse or timer. But how crazy would it be if they do recover video and shows him dead, being driven around remotely lol.

Wonder if the window tint is too much for other security and cctv to capture the driver. Apparently he was driving around the strip for a hour or so

He has also already provided video from Tesla charging stations of the vehicle in question. He was able to track the route of the vehicle this way.

Hopefully they get the video. Seeing more and more details trickle out, so apparently dude was so badly burned, they were unable to identify him, but his military ID and passport were pretty much intact, which is why they believe it is who they say.

Plus the gun he used was apparently a desert eagle, and no one heart the shot, even though there were people 10ft away?

The CTers going to have a field day with this one lol

The two most infamous mass shootings in UK history, Hungerford and Dunblane, were carried out by psychopaths with no military training.

Barry Prudom was an interesting case, though. A member of Reserve SAS unit, he'd done a lot of the training before finally being rejected as not suitable for the SAS.

He shot dead a police officer, then went on the run. Over the course of eighteen days, he killed twice more, while British police mounted the largest manhunt in UK history to that point. He was eventually tracked down in a forest, where he'd been living rough. He committed suicide rather than be arrested.

Wasn't Tim Kennedy the guy who did a show about, "proving" Hitler survived the War and escaped to South America?

Why do so many pro Ukraine war people keep trying to kill Americans?
I don’t think the dude recruiting for Ukraine is pro Ukraine. He’s pro “retired US soldiers making 17k a month” regardless of the conflict. There are private contractors all around the world working for cash. It doesn’t mean they believe in the cause of the people paying them.

Yes that Tim Kennedy, the former UFC middleweight contender.
They are saying his book is totally made up. That he lied about multiple awards he received & that he failed multiple different military schools prior to passing some.
That he lied about certain missions.
They seem super upset about it.

As much as I'm not a fan of Tim & some of the war porn genre. I feel like he has earned a little creative license to embellish his book. But his fellow veterans are not having it this time.

I think its a little of both legit criticism & some jealousy of all the fame & success Tim has had .

I don't like right wingers but what Kennedy did was SOP for the History Channel which famously made up the lie that Hitlers skull was switched with that of a woman. If he didn't make that show someone else would have thats what they do.

And I don't think they lied so much as they were stringing people along in the hope of finding something they weren't going to be finding.

Even allowing for his possibly diminished mental state, I'd be interested in knowing whether this guy actually studied or went hands on with improvised explosives as part of training.
Basically whether this was a deliberate attempt to limit collateral damage or actual destruction was just not his goal.
You'd think any "War On Terror" deployment would have given him some familiarity with improvised explosives.
The old special forces improvised munitions handbook was available on dial up bulletin boards back in the '80s and, along with The Anarchist Cookbook, The Big Book of Mischief, Ragnar Benson's work and all the other Paladin Press titles, was popular with any kid with an interest in the recreational use of high explosives.
I certainly assumed that if we did it as kids (including the stoners), the special forces would be able to do it better.
