Literally no one in American politics agrees with 2. The other stuff actually is a matter of freedom of speech, though you sound legitimately paranoid.

I implore rightists to put *some* thought into what freedom of speech actually means. It absolutely does not mean that no one is allowed to criticize you or disagree with you or say things you disagree with.

The left/liberal idea is that we want a gov't based on reason, as opposed to divine right to rule, religious authority, traditional authority, etc.--sources of authority in a rightist regime. The implication of that is that people need to be free to tell the truth (including in the moral realm) to the best of their ability so people can use their reason to determine the right course. And further, since such action inevitably, at times, puts one in opposition to whoever is in power at any moment, that freedom has to be a principle that is prior to gov't. Loyalty is important, but it has to be to that principle above all because that is the source of the gov't's authority in liberal thinking.

Someone who believes in blood-and-soil nationalism or that religious claims deserve primacy has no reason to support freedom of speech, and in fact, rightists do not. Hence Trump and Vance's constant talk about how it is or should be illegal to question them. If rightists want to make the case against freedom of speech (for example, why someone shouldn't be allowed to say anything that they consider to be offensive to whites or why someone shouldn't be allowed to call anyone else insensitive), they should do so directly instead of opposing it while pretending to support it.

Do I need to remind you of the academic that testified to congress that it was violence (opening to violece) to say men can't have babies or misgender someone's preferred pronouns?
