while im of the opinion of conrat absolutely did rape her, objectively we also cannot deny up to this point there is no criminal conviction (yes, civil court ruling and history is enough for me to call him a rapist). and there's also some evidence and testimony that can call Nikita's version of the story into question, not strong evidence mind you, and i can easily believe that the irish prick did have certain arrangements with the witnesses or whatever, just that the arrangements are not investigated nor proven at this point. so every other chucklefucks that are biased against nikita or simply diehard conrat nuthuggers can still cope by saying there's a miniscule (my opinion) chance that he in fact didn't rape her.

for the record, i very much doubt the version @Snoowpy pedaling is what happened, but i can appreciate his delivery of his opinion.
