IMO he’s not going to be fighting in 2025, the UFC won’t book him to avoid PR disasters, which will lead to some huge conflict and likely Conor spiraling even more, as training and competition are the only things giving him some structure and discipline.

The UFC wasn't hesitant to hire Greg Hardy, and the company wasn't much affected by the public video of Dana smacking up his wife. I don't know that they couldn't wait this one out and bring Conor back eventually. In the sport he has "helped" by making champ refusing to defend, wanting to jump divisions for unearned title shots, wanting to go to boxing.
