They aren't on the same team and he's giving props to Conor overall, just saying something everyone is pretty aware of. People know about Conor's party life, it wasn't a secret. He went overboard with it after the Mayweather fight but looks like he calmed down after everything that happened and having more kids. Conor was always on something in his past pressers and was obviously drunk for the presser with Khabib. Fury was just saying how he does things differently than that when preparing for a fight. Conor and Jones were very similar before, Jones had the same issues before his fights and he spoke openly about it as well.
