So hes going to lie in court how hurt he is,and then just miraculously keep fighting again like nothng happened?
Once you win it wont matter

it's still probably a very bad idea for Colby to sit out in his prime in hopes of winning a lawsuit instead of fighting for sure money.Thats more of an UFC problem. The rooster is so diluted that its tough to get enough fights. Remember there was a time he actively campaigned for more fights and got shut down by the UFC. That happens to a lot of fighters.
Still I am all for him suing the shit out of that hypocritical asshole Masdival and if possible ruin him financially. Think about what he does when no cameras are around. Everyone should react like that if getting assaulted. People forget that Masdival also ran like a bitch as soon as he had suckerpunched him.
If he can prove that Mas took away his ability to make a living it really takes the legal action to a new level. Mas will be paying out the ass.
you should retire from posting hereno training no action no words after streetjuda backstabed him.
well he is old and lost to the champ twice.
I can see him retiring now. Will he retire?
pretty sure he just follows his laywers adviceit's still probably a very bad idea for Colby to sit out in his prime in hopes of winning a lawsuit instead of fighting for sure money.
But Masvidal is not incredibly wealthy, is he? What's more, in the US it is often quite difficult to actually collect the cash that a court awards you.If he can prove that Mas took away his ability to make a living it really takes the legal action to a new level. Mas will be paying out the ass.
He's going to sit out for years waiting for criminal and civil cases to go through the processes, then try to come back at 41 and realize what a giant mistake that is and probably piss hot for PEDsHas a lawsuit against Masvidal claiming brain damage...he wont fight untill that gets settled, also he isnt in a hurry, the only fight for him is Poirier who is also not that comitted to it.
Even if it doesnt last if he wins this wont be good for him, or cant be, why the UFC would hire a fighter with "brain damage" proven in court? even if he passes medicals, that cant be good for him. He's going to sit out for years waiting for criminal and civil cases to go through the processes, then try to come back at 41 and realize what a giant mistake that is and probably piss hot for PEDs
Yeah, that was a pretty bad idea to base his case from, considering he is a pro fighter that takes a BUNCH of punches in fighting against a couple of punches, of course he could claim that the context could make a punch worst than the other, which is clear in fights when fighters get caught "cold", the punch they see against the ones they cant see, too many variables, anyway, i cant see him getting the win on that one.I can’t wait for the defence to prove it was pre-existing.
that's not a good idea considering the lawyer only makes money off the lawsuit and doesn't care what is best for Colbypretty sure he just follows his laywers advice
Gets that settled? If legit he probs doesnt fight again.Has a lawsuit against Masvidal claiming brain damage...he wont fight untill that gets settled, also he isnt in a hurry, the only fight for him is Poirier who is also not that comitted to it.
