Cmon....Is Venum as bad

let them fuckin wear what they want this isnt a fuckin team sport....so what if fighters had condom depot on thier ass, when its a good fight i didnt notice/care what the fuck anyone is wearing....fucking muay thai guys are literally naming themselves after merchant chains, I DONT GIVE A SHIT if their shorts are all the same
Agreed and hail shishio

how hard is it to let fighters customize their shorts but just have a big venum logo

Here's how hard it is: In 2020 there were 456 total bouts. That means you need to produce 912 pairs of shorts, minimum. You also need to account for fighters that pull out too late in your production process since you still have to produce those shorts too.

So you want to do 1,000 custom shorts per year. I don't think it needs to be explained the effort/cost/manpower that would actually take.

Venum hasn't given fighters a half off coupon yet. Reebok knew how to treat the fighters better.

Venum gear overall is great and I think most were excited to see the gear, Venum is known for having some very cool designs. Yet the shorts are still very generic design wise.

Already is, solely down to the invention of these legendary trainers!

And Hexalite
Venum is like Tapout, when I see a guy at the weights gym wearing Venum or Tapout, you know they do not train. They always go over to the punch bag and hit like they are tough guys.

As some of you whiners make it out to be or is it really that bad?

Me I don't mind them at all Certain dudes they're pretty badass in fact

Chito was murdering in absolute style

I hope Venum takes this somewhere and becomes the standard for the UFC

I think they look good...more style then rebok for sure...

But to make them great there should be sponsors on them...just saying

Maybe it's like 5-10% better, more dynamic but less professional looking. Still doesn't come nowhere near close to own fighters wearing their own gear. The UFC should at least have a small collection of brands to choose from, literally putting out every kit to one brand is just too bland.
.
I like this idea...

Have the fighter choose who sign up with for the year...let the brands layout designs and sponsorship pay and have them battle it out for who signs where for what money per fight for the whole year ...

Like a battle of the brands so to.speak and all the brands pay a lump sum to dana and co so there happy and fighters get some.style points back and maybe some more money too..

Rebok vs venom vs under armor etc and fighters or even full mma teams sign up for a year

Just let them put additional sponsorship on the official gear.

Kind of how soccer teams have different sponsors regardless of the sporting brand that makes their Jerseys.
Having an official brand sponsor is good, but not allowing fighters to have additional sponsors on that gear is stupid.

I agree taking the sponsors away was a horrible idea

Not really bothered about what the fighters wear.
However, Chito looks way better with shaved hair, rather than that lego-man haircut he had the other day.

I think some middle ground would be good. Let's say you get 10 fights and then you get a customized part of shorts that are now yours going forward. Not new ones every fight, but the same basic pattern/colour scheme or your nickname or whatever.

It'd be better business for Venum if the shorts of a famous UFC fighter became iconic, like Cro Cop's. People would actually want to buy them.

I brought a Venum bag, rashguard and shinpads just before the UFC deal, there was a big sale so I said fuck it.

The stuff smells so bad that I never wore it once, like a strong plastic smell, and you could tell it is cheap.

Virna also chose to wear those colors to show support. Not sure though if she's a member of the community or not.

"The community" lol i'm legit balling.
I guess Dahmer is included in their community too since he sex with men. I try to not categorize people together on unimportant things like who they sex with because then Freddie Mercury and Dahmer are in the same box and only getting my support based off arbitrary current event nonsense.
