Steroid injection worked well and I had no pain in my right shoulder. Bad news is that the same pain started in my left shoulder. Seems like an obvious issue with my form, but I feel like I've had the same form with heavier weights for a long time with no issue. Hope it's just a fluke and things are normal again soon.

Left shoulder is indeed fucked. Got an MRI scheduled for the other shoulder in a couple weeks. Even with insurance it will cost me $200. Thinking of flipping over half way through so it will catch both shoulders and I get 2 for the price of 1.
Goal was to hit a 450lb bench by the end of 2024, but that's no longer realistic. Going to a more hypertrophy focused style for a while now.
