Thought I was turning the corner with my shoulder and could get back to Sheiko after next week. Shit hurt as bad as it ever has today. Should have quit when the pain started coming on, but I pushed through like an idiot.

I guess I just straight up re injured my shoulder Wednesday. Even deadlift was painful to the point where I gave up.
