Media Chris Weidman apologizes to Anderson Silva

Chris is a good man but tbh I don’t think he was a prick to Anderson. Anyway… both should stay retired, they were great for the sport and I owe them many saturday nights of entertainment… may gawd bless them.

In the after fight press conference he didn't give a shit. He knew exactly what happened then and he kept going on about the check being a "leg destruction" technique.

Reflection is always good, but he knew like everyone else that it was an injury. Celebrating the victory came first. Anderson realizes the emotion, so doesn't hold that against him. It's a some will do it, some won't type of deal. Like blows on a KO'd opponent.
