I'm not superstitious but I've always believed in karma. What are the odds of this happening to anybody, especially to the guy who did it to another guy? Just doesn't make sense.
Otherwise, nice to see Chris reconciling with the GOAT.

If you believe in karma, then you absolutely are superstitious.I'm not superstitious but I've always believed in karma. What are the odds of this happening to anybody, especially to the guy who did it to another guy? Just doesn't make sense.

I'm not really sure what you're getting at. I don't think anyone is being naive about TKO/KOs causing permanent brain damage. I was just repeating what Weidman himself said to Silva in the interview.Autographing a knee check picture might be in bad taste in a sport where injuries isn't the goal of the sport, but it definitely isn't in bad taste in a sport where the point of winning is to injure your opponent. Otherwise lets stop being naive about the results of those TKO/KO wins. They do cause permanent damage that goes way beyond Silva's repaired leg.
Yeah, I watched the whole podcast, shit wipe.
And if you did the same you'd hear Weidman talking about how he used to sign autographs for his fanboys giving him photos of Silva's leg break to sign, and he even posed with them mocking Silva.
Bragged about how he did it before in training and how it's a deadly technique. After his little victory lap his scumbag cornerman was like his mouthpiece when he said the famous "Good, fuck him". Weidman never publically denounced that either.
He is only now confronting his own sins because his hands have been forced, but he never gave a single shit about Silva and what he did to him. Like I said if he did, this horrible injury wouldn't have happened to Weidman as well. Karma has come full circle.
And still salty Silva fans will stay salty.
As he should.
But again, 8 years too late buddeh.
Maybe if you did it in time your shin bone wouldn't have ended up stabbing your calf muscle.
Anyone who thinks Weidman breaking his leg is karma has to be one sheltered naïve mofo. If that's karma then karma is negligently asleep at the wheel 99.9% of the time it should be besmirching actual evil people lol
