Chinese tourists

They're fucking disgusting, spitting everywhere, smoking everywhere, eating like pigs.
No manners at all + taking photos of every cigarette butt on the street.

Not surprised corona originates in their unhygienic dump and I'm glad these pigs dont get to leave their shithole and pollute europe again anytime soon.

My mother got sick bad I dont know what type of flu she had but we went to this morning brunch thing here in So cal and a bunch of Chinese tourist who were staying at the motel next door came inside to eat and one of the guys kept sneezing he sneeze on my moms back while he was in line and I said wtf man we had to change her jacket and the Chinese dude didnt speak English but he gave us a dirty look at us like he was saying fuck you.

two days later my mom got very sick and her body was aching and she couldn't get out of bed.

So over the course of the last 3 years I've been traveling a great deal. And on occasion on trip advisor and other travelling sites I will come across a pretty racist review about Chinese folk

"...the tour was great, but the Chinese tourists were so rude and every where ..."

I never thought anything of it and usually dismiss such observations because of my racial background.

Well...

Yesterday, I went on an all day kayaking excursion to many of the small islands on the outskirts of Phuket.

They split you up into two large boats/groups and it takes about about an hour to get to your destination ...

Prior to boarding us, our thai tour guide takes me and the better half to the side and says, "I'm sorry, but your trip is going to be very loud."

I'm thinking, no big deal, and thought he was referring to the engines.

He then says, "there are a lot of Chinese on your boat. They are very loud. And they have children...much much louder ."

I'm thinking to myself , how bad could it possibly be...

Well, it was terrible ...the children were way out of control screaming running around the boat the entire time...
And when it came time for the buffet , they loaded entire plate fulls of certain items rather than taking modest portions .

On the 2nd part of the tour, a different thai guide informed me (and this is all unsolicited info) that all of the guides try to claim or volunteer to be guides for americans, aussies, Japanese, Koreans, Russians etc...
He said that the guides take turns in selecting chinese...or draw straws.

Do you have bad experiences with Chinese tourists? Did I just have bad luck?

EVERYONE who's a traveler or works in the tourism industry hates Chinese tourists. And with good reason. This includes people who are against racism and stereotyping and all that. But it is what it is.

Bro almost every virus epidemic has originated from China, even the Black death/Black Plague came from China, the Spanish Flu as well, Swine, Bird, Sars, Corona covid19.
 
Chinese tourists take a shit load of pictures of themselves in front of kitchens inside Ikea like it's Disneyland or something.

It seems weird to complain about Chinese tourists when you damn well NOBODY from any nation on Earth would do anything but fuckin' run if they found themselves in Appalachia or Eugene, Oregon.
 
The crazy thing to think about is that these are just the people who have enough social standing to be allowed to travel. Imagine if they let EVERYONE there travel freely...
