Chandler has a single top 10 win his entire career

those rankings suck if patricky pitbull is anywhere near the lw top 10.

lw is among the deepest divisions in the sport. a bellator guy with near double digit losses, never held a world title, is not top 10 lol

that discredits there whole ranking system
Their ranking system is based on ELO. It's a completely objective system.

Signing is about 7 years late. Regardless, I am happy he is in the UFC now. Hope he finds success! Always entertaining

Chandler is elite. LW is such that unless you’re Khabib, you’re gonna win some and lose some. I’m sure Chandler will be no different. He finished prime Alvarez. Eddie won the UFC belt and finished Gaethje. We know Chandler is at least UFC level.
Exactly. LW is the most competitive division. Thats what makes Khabib and Tonys undefeated runs very impressive.

He is too old imo,but he was a beast and still is top 10

He's still a good fighter. And dangerous. Just because he has losses, and just because he doesn't have a ton of Top 10 wins, doesn't mean he's going to be a tomato can in the UFC. The dude has a good chance of being a mid-to-top tier fighter. I think at the very worst he'll be a high level gatekeeper. At best he'll be champion.

Seems like way too many people are writing him off.

been saying it since the start that I think Chandler's gonna get chewed up by the top-10

It’s dog shit. Just say it. He only got signed because of how much he self advocates. No one thinks his skills translate to the ufc top 10

Imagine waving your own fight off. Lol Chandler did that.

Hooker beats the shit out of Chandler. I'm in. Tony vs Hooker is good too.

I feel that we're gonna see Will Brooks V2.

I said I was taking names of you Chandler doubters...so you can stfu.

If you were so sure that Chandler would win then I'm sure you bet loads of money on it.

Although technically I wasn't wrong, Will Brooks won his first fight aswell. ;)

Like I said, I was glad to be proved wrong.

It looks like UFC overpayed him possibly, thus pushing this guy hard. This guy got ktfo by a featherweight two fights ago. Lost twice to Will Brooks in his absolute prime. Has a single top 10 win in his entire career. Nobody knows how this guy will look like with USADA either.

If you ask me, I think Michael Chandler on paper matches up as well as anybody does at LW against Khabib, better than Justin does because if you don't use it you lose it and Chandler does wrestle in his fights, but I think depending on the match up UFC gives him, he might lose his first fight in the UFC.

Chandler is pretty good, but if he gets a title shot, it'd be pretty fucked up. There's no way no how he deserves that. I think he should work his way up from the bottom of the top 10 at the very best. And if he does, I think it's more likely than not he never gets the title shot, but if you gift him the title shot, he's talented enough to always show up and beat anyone at LW.
Lmfao

Except for the part where he crushed a Top-5 instead of putting a washed contender in a headlock for 3 seconds after getting spiked on his head.

Hey, don't talk about Robbie that way.

I mean, you're not wrong, but it still bums me out.

:(

Chandler's performance was impressive but I do think it's a little concerning how much smaller he was than Hooker. There are some big boys in the UFC LW division

lmfao, can't fix stupid. For one, this thread was made LONG before Chandler-Hooker fight was set. For two, I never said Chandler was not good, he just hasn't fought nobody, not to mention got ktfo by a featherweight not that long ago, all of which is true. For three, this is what I said about Chandler. "he's talented enough to always show up and beat anyone at LW." And lastly, he just beat the world beater in Dan Hooker, oh wow. Amazing.

Stfu and sit the fudge down with your stupid, insecure bump.
