When I was in my early 20s I wouldn't have thought anything of it, but now with almost 10 years of business experience under my belt, it's clear to me that he cannot do any more for the company. Not saying he should take his millions and quit or anything, but the next level of the UFC will not be seen until Dana has been replaced
