Dillasnake I think finishes Merab .... his wrestling striking combo i think would prove to much. Also Tj had alot of power in his shots for a little guy.

Merab is different though. He beat a lot of good guys before getting the title. Most recent champs have only gotten one great win before their title shot.

Well Merab has lost fights, so technically that’s true…but in the current championship form that he’s in Umar gave him by far the closest fight. Merab pretty much washed everyone else. Umar took it to the last round. Merab arguably won every round against O’Malley (possibly dropped rd 5), won every round against Yan, won every round against Cejudo. None of those fights were remotely competitive.

Cejudo beat his ass up r1, as an old man.

Still think Merab is a whiny prick but can't deny his goat status, he would beat any BW in UFC history and has the best resume(Cejudo, Umar, Omalley, Yan, Moraes,Aldo)

Giving him props for beating moraes (1-3kos) that 1 being a robbery who's gone on to be 1-8(all ko) is pathetic.

Cejudo had a hyper competitive fight with Sterling before he fought Merab. Cejudo is a very high quality win even if he is not in his prime, just like Aldo was.

Most champs third best win before getting the title are not as good as comeback Cejudo.
