According to INFINITY WAR, some people have said, the best superpower is the element of surprise.
This is also the best superpower in MMA.

Villains generally don't fight fair. Does the Joker challenge Batman to a fist fight? Does Batman fight fair? No, he's always using "prep time." You were claiming there's no way to prepare for someone who can move that fast when clearly there is.

The flow of this conversation shows why comic battle forums lay out ground rules and character versions at the beginning of the fight. Otherwise it's who can find scans of some one off feat in an issue from 50 years ago, in a never ending war of escalation. Seems like that's not the most efficient way to have a conversation.

But if you want to have a conversation forever this is the best way.
i do have one question
In the Death and then Return of the Supermen storyline (w/ Cyborg, Steel, Last Eradictor, Superboy)....Superboy had an earring.
Isn't he also impervious? So what pierced his ears?
Lolwut????? Dcs heroes and villains are on a completely different power tier than Marvel. Dc is much, much stronger. To the point this is explicitly mentioned every time there's a crossover. MOST of the JLA are powerful enough to solo the Avengers, not just Superman. Wonder Woman, Martian Manhunter, Green Lantern, Captain Marvel, would all absolutely smash them with ease.
NO ONE IS IMPERVIOUS TO HAVING BAD FASHION TASTE. Except maybe this guy:i do have one question

Um Yes there are. there's the Spectre, The monitor and Anti monitor, Monarch, Paralax, and others I'm sure I'm forgetting. i'm more familiar with marvel than dc, but dc definitely has a cosmic setting with godlike beings as well. The main difference with DC is there's a smaller gap between earthbound heroes and cosmic heroes. There are no DC villains that match the power of Thanos, The Beyonder, Galactus, or any of the celestials.
Darkseid would get stomped by all of them
always thought Iron man and batman so lame just gadet technology wish they would die and only actual super people be around. Spiderman is can too
Spiderman is the most useless super hero. In the absence of sky scrapers - he can't really latch on to anything. Spiderman in the suburbs would be fucked.
Lol there was an issue once where he followed some crook out to the burbs, and he's just derping around random residential neighborhoods because he can't use his webbing.Spiderman is the most useless super hero. Silver age superman vs rune king Thor would just end the universe.See? If you get into comic book bs, I then can raise you Superman Prime and it's just an endless tunnel of iterations and interpretations.

Even though in a crossover Hulk beat superman and Spider-Man beat superboy? If we go with top power level of each hero Dr. Strange was omnipotent and had to have a legion of gods of different dimensions band together to sap some of his power. He could literally erase realities at a whim.Lolwut????? Dcs heroes and villains are on a completely different power tier than Marvel. Dc is much, much stronger. Supes could turn Thor into a giant icecube...imobolizing him temporarily allowing supes to send Thor into orbit. But supes doesn't even need to do that as he has other more powerful tools in his arsenal that Thor doesn't.
And as for Thor needing to go get a kryptonite hammer? You needing to get Thor another tool to try to counter Supes default powers is an admission of Thor's weakness towards superman.
And finally I need to remind you of Superman's super speed.
Take this scene.
Or this to help confirm this power;
Superman is as fast as flash. He could fight Thor at a speed that would have Thor appear to be not moving at all. The fight, if written true to powers wouldn't even have Thor be able to call lightening, throw a punch or do anything. It would be over before Thor even knew it had started.
Supes wins this easily, and since I brought up super speed and the ability to go sonic allowing him to fight stationary opponents...I don't think any of the Avengers, assembled or not could honestly take him.
Supes wins. And Supes does it in a blink of an eye to help add insult to injury.
You don't see this in most comics or movies as it is EXTREMELY OP. It was only used to help save people or create a comical moment between he and flash. But it's a writers death sentence to actually maintain continuity with Supes super speed yet tell an interesting story.
This is a problem with the character, and yes he needs further nurfing.
