It's more a commentary towards all rich people and buisness owners who proclaim and declare how "woke" they are on social media until it comes time to put up. In the case of the idiot I was referring too. Being a proud liberal/progressive which is now a movement about embracing socialism. He should absolutley be handing off any property he may own to those less fortunate. That's socialism.

In the UK I had no qualms about saying I was a capitalist pig and what I earned I deserved to earn and fuck anyone who can't get off their fat arse and do the same.
Since moving, or potentially growing up more things have changed a bit. LGBTQ, female equality weren't considered as important as they should have been so I guess I've just moved with the times of what normality should be?

If you want the party to Go back to caring about people again and improve, you need to send them a strong message by voting them out of power until they get their shit together.

Again, what I do & don't do with my assets is none of your business. Have I inquired about yours? Of course not, because I don't care. Unlike you, I'm not obsessed with what everyone else does with their money.

Unfortunately, that's another trait of you Trump acolytes. So many of you are bloody annoying. You all want to be up in everyone else's business. You just can't seem to leave people alone.

I've been here for ages obviously so take the rough with the smooth politically with various countries, but how financial worth equates to self worth by Trump twats...doesn't take much to work it out.

It's not a "horror show" to me. Is it perfect? Of course not. I have my differences with the party but it's where I fit best.

Holy shit. I had my blinds shut this morning till I left for work so didn’t see the state of the air. Street lamps still on it’s so dark. Had to use headlights for the drive in.

Yeah. It's really surreal out there. Kind of yellowish and dark. Weird....
 
The fires are bad. I heard Oroville lost 1,000+ houses. It's ten miles from Paradise. Crazy

I can remember when there was a massive eclipse in England all the street lights came on in the middle of the day because it went dark. It's a similar eerie feeling, but like someone's been grilling smell wise. I really want to go home.
 
Like a dingbat I left a window open last night, my apartment smells awful and just been warned we need to stay indoors all day or use an N95 mask. I have to go outside a lot at work and today in my area is the worst air quality we've had yet.
