We already know the facts. He was driving around, shooting at people. Regardless of the reason, he's guilty. You may say he is justified, and that's your opinion. But by the law he is 100% guilty. His time spent in prison away from his family will be his own fault.

His actions being understandable and relatable still don't make them right. People want to give him a pass, which is just ridiculous.

Cain put other people who had nothing to do with any of it in danger.

I'm sure he's going to do prison time, but I also feel like maybe he could plead temporary insanity. Most people would probably lose their fucking minds if they found out their child was being molested, and that the :eek::eek::eek::eek: was still out there and not in jail.

Sad. The guys step father is probably not guilty and he got shot. I don't see Cain getting a innocent verdict. I hope the punishment is not too harsh. Really unfortunate situation. He is a father.

how open of an area was it, where cain was firing? was it a busy street? or an open field area? also, did the stepfather really have no clue what was going on? i feel like you would have some sort of tell tale sign, if you're child was molesting children 100s of times, while working at a daycare. there would be some sort of sign that something is really really off. not saying he deserved to get shot, but what was going on with that whole situation? feel terrible for cain and now his family who have a big potential of not having their father in their lives, while also being the victim.
 
I just don’t understand why a HW mma champion needs a gun. Can’t he just murder regular people with any part of his body without endangering bystanders?
Is it an american thing?
