Or Cejudo hopefully.
Cejudo short of threw his name in there, but i doubt he would make 125lbs at this point, had he not gone dumb and "retired" for his prime years he could had made an impact at 125 or 135, he lost his post retirement fights, but its not like he was finished both times.

Royval gonna win, Kape looked great against Bruno Silva but Royval is levels above. We already saw this in the Tatsuro Taira fight and Taira is way better than Kape imo

Kape can be in frustrating low volume staring contests every other fight … but … royvals pressure should force him to fight and throw hands which should make for an exciting fight

Always feel like Kape can beat anyone if he just throws more

So great matchup …

Would prefer him and KKF to settle their beef - but royval will do

You spelled Horiguchi wrong

UFC aren't gonna pull the same "give the Japanese fighter an immediate title shot" trick in back to back fights lol.

Horiguchi is old enough for flyweight anyways. Much less incentive for UFC to push him to the top like they did for Asakura.

Kape got robbed on all of those decision losses, while Royval has been finished twice, and has a bunch of losses to bums on the regionals. Kape has only one loss by finish, to Horiguchi in Rizin, there is no reason for Royval to be standing in his way.
Kape has been finished twice. Same number as Royval. Once to Horigucci and once to Souksavanh Khampasath. A literal "Can" with a 13-15-1 record. Difference is Royval was only finished by Champion caliber fighters in Moreno and Pantoja.

Kape lost to Ulka Sasaki a 24-10 career record . However he was 17-1-2 against a Bunch of cans and then his 9 fight stint in the UFC had a 4-5 record. Immediately upon leaving the UFC he beat Kape.

Do you want to continue throwing out dumb statements based on what you want to be true only to be proven OBJECTIVELY incorrect?

Dipstick Jimmy's jimmies are rustled tonight.

Again, that split decision loss to Ulka was a robbery, and the Khampasath fight doesn't count. Kape got robbed against Pantoja, while Royval nearly got his head twisted off. This happened in 2021, not 10 years ago.

Do you want to continue letting me rustle your jimmies?

royval is the strongest flyweight on the roster today gave pantoja all he could handle, i'd expect him to win the next fight he looks better every fight

He lost to Pantoja twice, including getting choked out. Pantoja doesn't need to fight this bum again.

The UFC doing this to give Kape the next title shot if he wins.
Kape will beat Royal and Kape-Pantoja over 5 rounds will be a banger title fight.

Lightning fast, with power, and technique; Kape is the best striker in 125 and he's really hard to take down. He is a massive problem for everyone in the division.

Funny how desperate they seem to make Kape a contender and he fucks it up every time
Kape has all the skills but his fights are wacky controversial or he just sits back and coasts. Its like a mental thing

Yes it’s rumoured that Kai Kara is getting the next shot, Kai made a video saying I’m next, and Pantojas manger kinda alluded to Kai Kara being next
Well.. KKF is 1-2 in his last 3 but at least he wasn't already beaten by Pantoja like everybody else.

yeah i agree. so give him a fight with kkf or something
I think they are giving KKF the next title shot so Kape is getting Royval. If he can't get past Royval he doesn't deserve a sniff at the top 5. If Royval wins rematch him with Moreno to settle the trilogy and decide whose next after KKF.

So my Jimmies are rustled and yet you have to resort to "That Doesn't Count"?

Pretty quick turnaround for Kape. Hopefully he can stay healthy through another training camp so soon coming off his last fight.
