Supplements BPC 157 and TB 500

I approach research chemicals with a Biohackers mindset.

Firstly make sure the LD50 is reasonably high compared to what you plan to use. 100x is usually a good idea.

Secondly start low and slowly increase the amount over time. If you notice side effects then stop or drop down.

You can do a lot of damage in eight months so don't play around. Use your head.

anavr is crazy enough. My eyes have an evil glint like John Wayne Gacy. Kinda fascinating but I think I’m gonna drop the dose and rain check BPC

I used both it did nothing for me. Tendonitis didn't heal. I'm looking forward to get PRP next.

Was it from a trusted source? What was your dose(I needed 1mg per day for it to work)? Was it oral or inj?

I got ripped off by a couple cheapest vendors for several hundred. When you use the real stuff it kicks in almost immediately. You should feel it literally within 1-2 days. Depending on severity it can take several weeks or longer to go away completely.
 
I haven't kept track of the time (month and a half?), but here's an update: my stack (BCP 157, TB 500, Ostarine) has worked better than I could have hoped for. The symptoms of all my issues - tendonitis in both elbows, muscle tears in biceps and calf - are completely GONE.

Yea BPC and TB can work minor miracles.

You may have to run it for a bit more if the issues flare up like in my case.

Wow! Thanks for sharing this. I was considering this mix for my left elbow that is flaring up from an old injury. Did you shoot it locally or take the pills?

Update: I got BPC-157 / TB500 "Wolverine stack" and have been injecting it at my elbow for about 5 weeks now. I have about a week left of it and will stop.

I destroyed my Left elbow as a kid (ligaments/tendons), and it would come dislocated a lot, which sucked. Once I got about 16 and started gaining some muscle, the issues went away. Old wound returns to old dudes, and it returned. It was locking up, feeling weak, stopping me from surfing the way I should be, and I finally had enough rest, ice, tens units, elevation, etc., and went for the Wolverine Stack. I think it worked. I have been lifting again for about the last two weeks. My push-ups are back to being explosive. Huntington Beach is a fast top-to-bottom wave, and you can't be too slow. It's really improved my life. I would do it again if I had another joint go bad.

I am looking into getting BPC 157 and maybe something else(Ostarine?) for a bad case of elbow tendinitis(2.5 months). Do you guys have any recommendations for the vendors(thoughts on 99sarms?)?

I am. I have never taken test, steroids, or HGH.

I have taken a few different peptides within the last few years to recover from injuries so I am not crippled.

I am currently weaker in every lift than I was before I started taking said peptides starting in 2020-2021.

Stop looking for excuses and get stronger tovarish.

Peptides are a class of drugs(GLP1s e.g. semaglutide, tirzepatide, etc) and supplements(collagen). Some are considered over the counter medications in Russia like thymulin. There are also very effective gray area peptides like BPC157 and TB500 which help heal hard and soft tissues. BPC157 is produced in your stomach and T500 is produced by your thymus. My primary interest with peptides is injury recovery with secondary interests of anti aging, immunomodulators/immunostimulants, etc.

Ostarine is a mild SARM in higher doses and it didn't do shit for me. I tried 10mg per day to heal a chronic tendinitis injury in my elbow and it didn't work(i couldn't open my car door without pain and obviously couldn't lift weights). I got exactly zero out of it. It's not the gotcha you think it is.

If I had to guess at the top supplements that boosted my performance in any meaningful way it would be micronized creatine and perhaps caffeine.

I have debated taking steroids to get to 800-900+ pound deadlift, 600-700 squat, 500 bench, etc but my primary focus is maintaining my health while getting stronger.

In any case, stop looking for excuses and just get stronger. Work on your form. As I said previously I would be happy to help you in any way I can. Your success is not my failure.

Neither am I. I have always trained to just be strong. Strength is strength whether it's playing rugby/football, competing in MMA or whatever else.

I'm very interested as I'm currently recovering from a pec tear. Done stem cells but heard good things about BPC and TB500.

Heard that TB500 can accelerate cancer growth if it's already in the system though. Going to schedule a colonoscopy soon before I do anything.

Yes TB500 will speed up soft tissue healing. However if you have existing cancer it can make it very aggressive and atypical. I found out the hard way.
