2 hours, so dope. Lots of drilling, 4 rounds of solid aggressive rolling. Extra time between rounds. Maybe 3 minutes on average? Felt tweaked and tired. But ok. No worse after.
Feeling super beat up and tired. Things hurt. Lots of things. Injuries feel good though.
If I can make it through this week, I'll definitely be taking all of next week off. I have a few continuing ed classes next week anyway, so it works out.
