Sunday oct. 6th

Long, uphill bike ride. 1 hour.
Open mat. 8~ rounds.
Slow bike ride home. 30-45 min.
 
Thursday Oct. 10th

Late Night Grappling Class

2 hours, so dope. Lots of drilling, 4 rounds of solid aggressive rolling. Extra time between rounds. Maybe 3 minutes on average? Felt tweaked and tired. But ok. No worse after.

Joints hurt. Stiff. No flow. Need to rest maybe?

Felt slow and timid on the feet. Lots of rounds. All injuries feel good.

Positional sparring from closed guard. 2 rounds on top, 1 on bottom.

Butterfly continued
1 round rolling

Feeling super beat up and tired. Things hurt. Lots of things. Injuries feel good though.

If I can make it through this week, I'll definitely be taking all of next week off. I have a few continuing ed classes next week anyway, so it works out.

I just need to survive this week. 3 classes left.

BOOM! Done with the highest density training week of my life. Im bruised, sore, tired and mentally exhausted... but it was awesome.
