Bisping just confirmed his bad eye doesnt work at all

The guy who has never won a belt was the real champ... Are there other things Romero and Sonnen has in common?

Bisping did everything in his power to dodge Yoel. Are you really disputing the fact that Yoel was clearly the best fighter in the MW division during Bispings reign...?

Yet people hype GSP's win against him. IMO GSP isn't a legit double champ. Yoel was the real champ during Bispings reign and GSP wanted ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with him.

I remember Rogan spewing BS to save UFC and athletic commission's face about how Bisping has oil in his eye for healing reasons. And once the oil is out, the eye will be close to 100%. That always sounded like BS to me.

Not sure how bad it was at the time but clearly it wasn't good. It's amazing he was able to fight. Shouldn't have taken the Gastelum fight but it is what it is.

I am so confused right now. The dude pulled a giant full sized fake eye out of his skull. Obviously, he can not see out of it as it is not connected to his brain - how on earth could he see? Someone else said that it was a cover for his bad eye. How is that possible? It is no special contact lens, it is a full blown non functional fake eye.

Lol Gsp haters are a sad bunch. They can't discredit gsp's win without adding salt to their own wound that was inflicted when their hero silva got dropped on his ass and lost to one eye'd ping. Outside of a brief cheap shot that blind man schooled anderson silva.. lol how do you explain that one haters? Moral of the story? Anderson was stupidly overrated and a product of peds after all just like everyone said. Imagine what bisping with two eyes would have done to andy haha. Cyclops bisping > Anderson Silva.

The glass eye he takes out of his head doesn't work?
Crazy.
That's breaking news.

Another forum member posted the requirements for pre-fight medicals in another thread.
Apparently, not concussed and not pregnant is about all you need to pass in most States.
Association of Boxing Commissions and Combative Sports - Medical Requirements by Commission

This is certainly not true. Every commission has their own regulations, and while some may not require an eye examination, California, Florida, Nevada, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Texas are among the majority that require a dilated eye exam performed by a licensed ophthalmologist. There may be some confusion because an examination is usually good for a year, so unless otherwise stipulated, a fighter may not undergo a complete eye examination before every fight. Furthermore, the UFC requires, and foots the bill for, their fighters to undergo a complete physical once every 12 months. Unless something has changed recently, the UFC's annual physical basically follows the requirements set forth by the State of Nevada Athletic Commission to obtain a Professional Unarmed Combatant's license.
