Added the belt before my top set. I brought it in a notch and I wanted to make sure it was doable before 380. Some of my reps were good, some not so. Zero was giving me good verbal cues.

Just trying to break up the monotony, but lifting 4 days a weeks leaves little room for much else though (skipped fridays lifting session), especially with the temp in my garage at 95F. We'll work in conditioning on a more regualr basis in the fall when its not so freakin' hot.

Pretty happy with 485 for a double. I needed to reset between reps. My belt was a tight, a little low, and I was seeing stars. Need to work on my setup for heavy singles. I want to hit 500 for a double.

I was uber sore from benching this week and thought there was no way I was going to even get 5 reps. Somehow I made it to 10. Nice.
 
You need to learn a lower bar position. I think it would fix it 90% immediately.
