You must not be familiar with the famous squat-morning.

Liquid - how the fuck to you have a slight squat/morning on the lighter weight, but tighten that shit up on the heavier weight?

Nice work - your squat has come a long way, and both you and Zero's bench looks good.

On the bench, you might want to sink your shoulders in a little harder before you start your decent; it would cut a few more inches off your ridiculous long ROM.

We worked out a few things as the session went on and it started to click towards the end of the workout.

I'm squatting better because Zero is like a chubby little cherub sitting on my shoulder telling me what to to better.
I normally sink my shoulders back when benching, but sometimes I forget to do everything right when the weight starts getting heavier. Need more practice. I heart bench.

The exercise of the week last Friday from Elite FTS was the squat morning. They stole your move quid!

I saw that and thought,"Psst, whatever. He's doing it wrong."
"What a pussy there isn't even 405 on the bar."
"It's not a true squat morning until your head is below your ass. He's being a lady."

Ughhh. My shoulders were fried before the first bench set, but it was nice to lift heavy today. Deadlift was slow. I'll get so videos for criticism.
 
Maybe I'll buzz it before the Arnold so I look like a powerlifter.
 
I said bye to my wonderful locks of hair last year. I can't let my beard get too long or I begin to look like enright.

I think you would have to have both legs chopped off to look like you are 5'7". Plus, I'm built like a kitchen appliance.
