Best female champion ever?

I would be schev above jj and Ronda, but this is 100% the top 5
I hear the argument for that, but Shev fought much lesser competition than Joanna imo... Also JJ waved at me once, and I still have a boner to this day.

I don't really think its 100% fair to bring Ronda into it because of the gulf in competition from when she start to when she finished... Kind of like comparing Wilt Chamberlain to LeBron ,or Jack Dempsey to Tyson Fury... But she definitely had her day in the sun.

damn, forgot about pre extra curvy gina. a bit before my time, but wood nonetheless (the peak version, the current one is heavier than me).

I still would, but when I told my buddy’s about it afterward, I’d 100% show them a picture of what she looked like in 2008 and say “I hit that.”

I mean Ronda beat Zingano who beat Nunes. She also beat meisha tate twice and Sara McMahon who is still a top fighter.carmouche is also the champ in bellator and has a win against shev, so Ronda has some great comp. She always destroyed them back in the day.

Ronda era was the only entertaining era of wmma. So I'll go with her.

Cyborg has been champ in every major org she's fought in, and defended each belt at least twice. Hard to vote against her.

I find it interesting so many people hate her yet her era was really the only time a wmma fighter was popular. She was must watch television and went for the kill in every fight. Ended her career never seeing a decision. I wonder if people regret celebrating Holly Holm, she's had an incredibly boring career in comparison.

Cyborg and Amanda both seemed invincible.

Rhonda - until she fought a stupid ego-driven game plan against Holly.
She IMHO would not have survived the stand-up of either ones above.

How does somebody get any claim as the goat while losing to everybody as somebody was dominant & avoided for 10 yrs & the other was dominating & changing the game as a famous athlete & world champion on her clock?

Dude literally everybody says that 145 isn't even a divison. How are u mad at me for not counting a division that doesn't even have 3 fighters in it. You sound crazy

Two of the 145 champions are probably top 5 WMMA fighters (Cyborg is for sure, GDR has a good argument). Nunes beat them both a combined total of three times with two finishes. You're a delusional fanboy. Nunes has more title defenses than any other woman ever, and that is what is called a fact.

Nunes is the obvious answer to the question that this biased and shitty thread is asking.

Ronda will ALWAYS be the first, and best female UFC Champ. She paved the way for all the others, who are forever grateful to her.

Amanda is very good, but she never seemed invincible, she's lost to 5 different women, and arguably lost to Val twice.

Cyborg on the other hand lost her first fight and then has dominated everyone she's fought since except for one fight against Nunes in which she was refused the rematch.

Nunes proved about as much against Cyborg as Serra did against GSP.
