News Bellator 273: Bader vs Moldavsky - January 29th 2022

I think a bigger issue is he never really evolved , hes been the same forever maybe regressed but has added nothing new
Benson is older now and his nasty habit off fighting close bouts has caught up to him. IMHO he lost to Adam Piccolotti, which was a good grappling bout if anyone wants to rewatch it

I kinda doubt it. He didn't really try to wrestle in either of his previous fights, actually in the second Clash tried very hard to wrestle him. Evidently he was "two time Arizona Golden Gloves" if I heard the commentary correctly. Which doesn't really mean anything skill-wise as it's one of the least prestigious golden gloves. But it does indicate where his focus is at.
Cauley is an ASU wrestler and Bader's prodigy, so wrestling is a major component in his game. I imagine fighting someone with big power, like Big Tuna, he might want to take this to the ground rather than trade with him.

No one would like to see it more than me, that's for sure. We'll see where his head is at.

I dont want to jinx it but its almost Thursday and there are no fight cancellations so far. This might be a first.

I second this. Helwani has had the same fucking ppl over and over again since the show relaunched yet dude can’t even make a little bit of time for Tuna. If Tuna wins Saturday I expect him on the show or we riot!

There were hints throughout his career; the strength, the speed, the explosiveness. But this effortless 3-pointer is the final straw, Fedor is confirmed an A-Level Athlete.

We should all just be glad that basketball was so much less widespread in the Russia of Fedor's youth. We got to witness 10 years of his dominance in MMA rather than Fedor being the 10 time NBA MVP.
