So what? Finishes has nothing to do w getting a title shot.

But it has... not only has he not fought the elite of WW but he couldn't even finish the Top20guys he fought instead.

A long but padded winning streak created solely by fighting guys ranked somewhere in the top8-20 and not finishing them does not deserve anyone a TS. This only works if you slice through them (see example Khamzat who was promised a TS).

Showcat, on paper, does not have the same UFC win streak as Bilel but the dude is slicing through everyone he faces so he would deserve a title eliminator and Bilel is the perfect fght to make.
