Like i said im probably bias because its one if my first action movies and I was a fan of the characters.

Which i think is why Knightempla Like WS so much, even dare to say it's one if the best action movies

Well it depends on what you're into for sure. I liked WS quite a bit too. Like he said the average kung fu flicks have people doing a lot of superhuman/ridiculous things in their fights. I enjoyed how realistic and gritty they made their fighting styles. Imo Winter Soldier is not just a great comic movie, but a great movie in general. They've done a fantastic job of giving all of the marvel movies their own style and feel. Cap's movies are like Bourne movies with superpowers, just love the style and tone and how well they've captured Captain America as a character, they really surpassed my expectations with his movies, which are THE best superhero films imo.

I'm not disagreeing that WS is a good movie, I'm disagreeing that WS make it to the top 10 best action movies (though it's definitely one of the best comic book movies)

When you look at the fight scene in the raid, ip man, fearless, fist of legends, kungfu hustle, ong bak. Its just way more entertaining than any fight scene in mcu.

And i think Dredd and GOTG is a way better comic book movies.

Do you agree that is only likely to be true if you like fantasy elements fight scenes more than realism?

For instance I would take Borne and John Wick type action over almost everything you named because while they defy the odds their style and sequences are based in realism.

Truthfully i like both realism and fantasy fight and action scene.

I like movies like warrior which probably the most realistic fight scene in all the movies i mentioned, but i also like fearless, which a lot more "flashy"

But i think IP man legends is very realistic, its contain grappling which is what most real street and competitive fight ended up in.

I don't really concerned myself with how real it was, i like my fight scene to be awesome and thats it

That's where it comes down to subjective preference to say one thing is better than another. Like the other Mike said, I like the Bourne style action sequences a lot more than something like Ong Bak. They're both fake of course, but the fight scenes are much more grounded in reality. Ong Bak was entertaining, but I just can't take a tiny dude beating up 300 pound giants with no problem, shrugging off numerous haymakers in the process. It just feels silly at a certain point.

If you watch a lot of saenchai or yodanklai fight, they fought a lot of dudes with bigger than him and beat them.

Anyway just like you said, these things are subjective.

I guess my point is that it is hard to tell another person what fight scene is better because when you have two guys fighting while balancing on a table, that only works if you are willing to suspend belief. Otherwise that scene is the lulz.

So to each their own, I guess.

I think when you watch any action movies you have to abandon some logic.

Dudes fighting on a table is way more believable tha 100 years olds super soliders

Not in terms of the action sequences alone they are not.

Have you seen winter solider fight scene at shield HQ, tell me how that is more believable than kungfu dudes fighting on a table.

Because it's not wire fu.

yeah, instead its a highly CGI fight scene, that would never happen in real life.

at least the table fight could still be done by two stunt using some wire, the table fight scene are just way more believable and IMO way better fight scene than any fight scene in WS.

BATMAN V SUPERMAN Ends U.S. Box Office Run with $330 Million

DC's embattled Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice has finally bowed in North America, and has concluded its domestic run with $330,360,194 million in box office.

Box Office Mojo Editor Gitesh Pandya released the number on his Twitter account, with the caption: "NorthAmerican #boxoffice reporting on #BatmanvSuperman is now final. Domestic run finished at $330,360,194. 50% was from opening wknd."

The film pulled in a worldwide tally of $872,662,631 million, but as Pandya noted, most of its domestic money was made in its opening week.

The movie did not leave the best impression with critics or general audiences, and stalled out early in its run. For a movie that cost so much to make when you take into account its original budget, reshoots, and marketing, it only made a relatively small profit.

Looks like my most recent prediction was back in April and I guessed it'd end up at $338mil. For it to add less than $30mil to it's final total in the last nine weeks of release after opening to over $160mil is...terrible.

Negative word of Mouth hurt it's bottom line . The results of this is exactly why Suicide Squad got reshoots and the personal attached to the rest of the movies have been moved around.
