Now I know that was stuffed way down deep in the report, all the way down in the last paragraph of "Page 1", in the section entitled "Introduction to Volume 1", so it could have been easy to miss, but please explain in your own words what was mischaracterized? Since it's obvious from this that you've actually read the report and in no way are just parroting some shit you heard on the news or twitter or something....

He knew what the question was, and he answered it. You just didn't like the answer. Barr can't speak to what other member's of the Mueller team thought because he didn't talk to them. It's a pretty simple scenario unless you've got that whole confirmation bias thing going on, which you clearly do.
