The report has been out for some time, and every major news outlet has given their own in-depth analysis of the report.

Looks like Weissmann may have made an improper offer to a witness in an effort to get dirt on Trump. Pretty sketchy, giving out non-public facts/info and details of the prosecution's theory in order to influence the witness's testimony. Probably wouldn't matter viewed in isolation, but it looks really bad given the failure of the Mueller probe. Just another example of the type of slime ball he is.
