Multiplat BALDUR'S GATE III

Thats usually majority of all RPG companions where they outnumber good to evil by 5:1. Very similar to Dragon Age Origins where the only evil companions are Morganna and Zevran

You can choose a distinctly evil character to play in BG3 though, with an evil end goal in mind, so having the ability to turn your companions evil or get more evil companions would suit the story very well. One of the main strengths in BG3 is you can really do what you want.
In DAO the overall goal is to defeat the greater evil even though there are morally questionable choices you can make. It's not like you can enslave Ferelden in the end.

So i can confirm, if you want to craft the two adamantine pieces at the forge, its beat to go into the grym fight with the molds and two mithril ores.

Respecced into fighter. Grymskull helmet, adamantine plate and shield. Maybe not the best armor but to get it so early in the game okus its abilities make it somewhat worthwhile imo

Here is another creative way of killing enemies as colorful as the Owl Bear top rope splash

So about that gnome. I may or may not have pulled the wrong lever and sent him flying....
Lol,
he actually comes back and helps you out at camp after you rescue him for the second time at Grymforge

There’s a certain item by some gnolls you can get it’s a treasure chest that will tell you not to open it. If you use the item you find use it in a big battle it produces a
Beholder/Giant Eye, that will attack anything and everything
Enjoy the entertainment lol

I find it tough to be evil in this game. Pretty much everyone with bad intentions is an asshole. Doesn't help that I'm playing Paladin of course
Have you done the Githyanki Creche quest before you go to the mountain pass?? Those kids be ruthless.

Man I just had to share a funny story from my game tonight.

I was doing the last fight in the underdark. It's a big fight, probably the first with that many mobs if you know the one im talking about. Anyways, I had cast blizzard and made an ice field and then with Gale cast a wall of fire through the ice to hit a bunch of mobs that had lined up crossing it, killing all but one of the named characters. Anyways, next turn rolls around and I thought the battle was over and was just mopping up.

I cast a spell with Gale not noticing he was going to move to a stupid location to cast it... and he goes running onto one of the last patches of ice, slips, and loses concentration on the wall of fire. The named character had like 1hp left and would have been killed by the flames at the start of his turn, which was next, but now that it was gone... he runs up and coup de graces Gale. The whole thing was so comically bad I couldn't even be mad and just laughed while I reloaded

Happens, I lost out on the Blood of Lathander quest cause I sold an item I had no idea what it was for . Then I stumbled and found his temple . Figured I was missing a something looked it up and sure enough a rusty mace I sold to a random merchant . Temple gives you a decent early game mace

I had two rusty maces, one outside the temple on a ledge with a grave, and another one I think somewhere in the temple? I seem to vaguely remember a companion coming to the conclusion either would do even if only one was the real one...

I'm finally at the end of Act 1, I only need to forge two Mithral items and then it's off to act 2 (I think). I thought I was nearly done when I entered the Underdark, but it still took me quite awhile to explore the Grimforge and the temple/Creche. I might level up to level 7 once I beat the Grimforge lava golem, which seems rather high for late act 1. I tried to evade fights later on because I don't want to max out in act 2 already. I didn't even clear out the goblin camp or the creche, only did the neccesary parts to complete quests.

One thing I haven't seen people applaud too much are the graphics, the environments are beautiful and I love the vertical gameplay, makes the world feel so much more dynamic than a lot of other games. Another thing I noticed in Grimforge was everyone sweating and how realistic it looked, it's the best sweat and blood I've seen in a game!

Game is so amazing. From graphics to aesthetics’s down to the very minute details on environments.
Going down the mountain pass just seeing all the spectacles and scenery was rather well done.
The neons of the underdark contrasting with the pitch blackness.

Level 7-8 is decent to go into act 2 . Fights can get pretty hectic especially for a certain fight that’s pretty much the opening of act 2. I don’t want to spoil but be prepared and come with some strategies . It’ll come in handy for rest of act 2.

Interesting gameplay images. I'm going through my 2.5 playthrough starting a game with a party of D&D monster races. Heres my band of misfits performing for a bunch of goblins for roleplay purposes

Holy fuck...going into the Githyanki Creche thing turned out to be a much bigger deal than I expected. Fighting my way out took a while

Made it to the goblin hangout. Got smoked the 1st time because I tried to save the owlbear cub. 2nd time though I've tooled all around, did manage to kill the witch and get into the Underdark. Proceeded to get mauled by the Seeker. Had Wyll with me for it and he's been money.

Having a good time with this, even though I suck. Just hit level 4.

Man, the unpolished, buggy 3rd act is a bummer. Multiple broken quests and a lot of them just don't flow very well. Gonna put it on ice till it gets another big patch.

Just finished the game. What an amazing experience. The 3rd Act definitely gave me a lot of issues unfortunately but it didn't take away to much from the overall experience. I'm itching to start over right away from the beginning to trying different builds and make different decisions.

The final boss with the Netherbrain was pretty hype, although no fight in the game surpassed Raphael's. His fight is probably like top 5 favorite boss fights ever. I'm really hoping for a DLC where I can battle against Vlaakith with the Githyanki. I freed the prince and romanced Lae'zel so it would be awesome to continue that adventure together. Lae'zel was easily the most compelling character in the game. Her character growth, inner struggles, and challenge to everything shes been taught was amazing to see unfold. So happy I ended up romancing her. No other character came close to her depth imo, but the entire cast was pretty great. Lae'zel just had the most fleshed out character story.
