yea. but jan is a lot bigger than costa and can put your lights out without swinging wildly. izzy looked great in his last fight. I just think the size difference is advantage Jan. izzy can probably catch him tho, especially with the movement he was showing against Costa. he's gonna take risks trying to work Jan's legs tho. Israel has the advantage in striking, speed, accuracy, timing, height, and reach.

Jan has the advantage in power, strength, durability, grappling, and likely weight. I think he is better when it comes to fully utilizing MMA.

Both have a good amount of experience, although Jan has more experience fighting in the 205 division. Both should have enough cardio for 5 round fight, although I'd expect Jan to slow down more.

I like Jan, he has good kicks and solid fundemental boxing, but overall I think hes a bit to old, and his striking skillset a bit to basic to handle a striker on the level of Izzy. Unless Jan uses his strength well and chains together takedowns and striking I think he loses.

Having said that, which heavyweight kickboxers has Izzy beaten? Has he beaten any that have been internationally proven?
