It's not hidden, it's gone. Even I don't know where it is. I'm keeping a little handwritten log right now.
It just makes things...less complicated.

I lost, but I didn't get beat. I was fighting through a keylock w/ 10 seconds left of the first round. The ref asked if I wanted to give up. I say "I'm okay." and the next thing I know, he's pulling us apart and the fight is over. I ask him what the hell is he doing, and he says "I thought you said "I'm done." I contest it, but once the ref calls it, its over.
I was fighting the wrong guy apparently. My opponent didn't beat me, the ref did.

Highlights:
Landed a couple leg kicks
got a kimura sweep from the bottom (suprised us both)
sprawl was good. Both times I got taken down were by being bounced off the ropes.
sub defense was good. Fought off an arm triangle and was riding out the keylock when the ref stopped it
Lowlights: Didn't throw much. More on that in sec.
Got clocked w/ a sloppy punch to the temple cause I got predictable w/ my head/ hand movement.
mistook the ref for someone who could understand English.

Injury list going in:
two busted hands. My right is just barely healed from the first fight, and my left was injured two weeks before the fight.
Tweeked back from 4 weeks ago.
Injury list resulting from the fight:
None. Left elbow is a bit tender from the keylock, but its okay.

Next fight:
Late August at 205lbs.

bummer.

You always have your interweb career to fall back on ;)

Heads up. Shit just happens...

Still looking forward for the vid.

Thanks. Like I said, I don't feel like I lost a fight. I feel cheated.

From what you wrote so far it sounds like your opponent was tougher than the last one.
So apart from the unfortunate ending... was it a good fight?

Tough break brother. Sounds like you got shafted.

/finny sweeps/
opponent: holy shit, what are you doing, man?!
finny: i don't know, it's totally outta control!!!
opp: whooooooooa!
finn: whooooooooa!
/they wake up 3 day later in a fantasyland of paradox/

All opponents are tough when your hands are fucked up.

Finn, will your hands be healed enough come August to strike with them??

Yeah, it was. Thats the worst part. Everyone lost.
Quick PBP:
Touch gloves (not doing that again, by the way. Didn't like it)
Square off. We both obviously are planning on counterfighting. I stop moving just trying to get him to come in.
He goes for a takedown, I defend
Up against the ropes. Bounce and go down.
He hits me a couple times, once really hard in the ear with a downward punch.
I kimura sweep him
stand up. Kick his leg while he is down.
land another leg kick.
Go for a left high kick, miss.
He hits me w/ a shot and goes for a bodylock.
I get him in an arm in guillotine.
He bounces me off the ropes again, and we go down.
Defend an arm triangle
defend the keylock/ shitty reffing ends the fight.

From the bleacher's angle, it was clearly easy to see that Finn did not tap and seemed fine. Although the opponent's corner were shouting, "Yeah he's done, look at his arm!" and telling the guy to break it. He really tried his best to break Finn's arm, and gave his best overall, and it wasn't good enough.
