I kind of like him as a fighter, especially the "well-roundedness" he brings to the table in LHW, and would always watch him fight. I don't really get why he gets so much hate lately. It all seemingly started when he was disappointed with the Jan fight result (totally normal in the heat of the moment) and was misinterpreted in the post fight cage interview (he clearly meant Nevada when he said "I don't know if I will ever fight HERE", as he was unhappy with the judges, but the translator said "in this organization"). He didn't say anything other than that he felt he did enough to win, and was quiet reserved with his emotions. Then he did an illegal knee to Walker and was unhappy the fight didn't continue when he thought it was Walker who refused to fight when he appeared fully ok (again, heat of the moment). Other than that he isn't outspoken at all, and was never spotted doing anything mischievous outside the ring. So I think people are a bit harsh on him..

Normally, I try to separate how dumb or unlikable someone is from their skillset. So I would say that, as someone who always wants the champ to be the best, he should have the skillset to be that. But when his level of dumb/unlikable effects his in-cage ability and antics, you can firmly place me in the "No thank you" category

Can’t say I’m a fan or particularly make it a point to watch him fight. He’s not on my radar as a must see fighter. I’ve only seen him fight a couple times and haven’t watched any of his interviews… but from what I’ve been reading lately, he doesn’t seemed well liked at all… now I’m curious what makes him so unlikeable.
