When it comes to Poatans best wins, Izzy is definitely #1, then Jiri at #2, and Jan at #3. Ankalaev is right up there at #4 along with Strickland, so he doesn’t even get his own separate spot.

The second fight just showed magomed has nothing for alex, and that magomed was never really worthy in the first place. His best win is rakic. Lots of fighters have that win. Ankalaev has done nothing, either on paper or in performance to seperate himself from the rest of the people alex has beaten. Alexs best wins are Izzy, Jan and Jiri. Followed by Rountree, hill and anakalaev.

As a side note, in my two decades on Sherdog, Ive never seen a close decision (52% 3-2 rounds for Ankler, 43% 3-2 for Pereira and 5% draw, according to the media scorecards) labeled as 'domination' so frenetically as in this fight.
