Is she on the record literally saying that there were insurrectionists in her building? Or did she just say she was fearing for her life during the unknown of the situations?

I said it in another thread that turned to this topic, but I believe that they genuinely feared what could happen, but aoc saying that she narrowly escaped death is where the bullshit comes in. She told the world that Cruz almost had her murdered.

I mean, there were people storming the capital who wanted to harm her. Sounds like a hyperbolic response on Twitter to Cruz but the fact remains she was likely terrified and so was the woman who’s trying to drag her. If there were violent insurrectionists trying to enter my workspace I’d probably be fearing for my life at some point during all that.
