No he's not technical at all. He runs around the ring like a WWE wrestler.

But his range is diabolical. Once he measures his opponents he just connects on every fucking shot. I would guess you want to stay active and make him move and do dumb sloppy shit.

He’s a threat to anyone no doubt but I think at the top levels those holes get exposed, especially now that the best are fighting at the top of that division now. Hes sick though and he’s young so no doubt can improve.

People keep saying this and I wonder what they watched?
Burns literally had takedowns and control time and did nothing with either. He didn't land a sig strike in the 3rd round...
He got doubled in the second. The first was the only close round and JDM hip tossed and kneed Burns in the face.
he got taken down and controlled for short periods against a guy who should have been on a 4 fight win streak after losing a title shot.

Morales has power but his striking is wide open and he throws from the hip more often than not with his chin up in the air. JDM might be a fair bit too technical for him.
