Morales is used to being the hammer. We don't know much about him outside of him being dangerous in the first round. He trains out of Mexico and Ecuador. I believe he is part of Brandon Moreno's old team. It's like a posh gym in Mexico. I am assuming Morales has to leave in order to get different looks later in his career.

I think he is talented but we should wait till he fights a non declining fighter before crowning him the next big thing.

Not as he is right now. JDM is much slicker on the feet and has better mechanics. Morales is a physical specimen though. Very big, powerful and long reach for that division.

These kids have grown up doing nothing but MMA, while Khamzat was doing wrestling, Burns BJJ, and JDM whatever the fuck he was doing. The sport evolves so fast that 25 year old Morales is light years ahead of these guys, even 28 year old JDM, and there's some guy about to debut on the contender series that will slap the taste out of Morales mouth.

Morales didn't even break a sweat and finished Burns early in the 1st round.
