Crime Antifa attacks Christians the Mayor of Seattle blames Christians

ya, i've heard that excuse, I don't believe that mess. Notice we only started hearing that crap in the last few years. Developed or undeveloped doesn't mean you are automatically violent, all sorts of excuses for stupidity. I am sure one huge component is just no parenting.

It’s a bunch of factors. And it’s not an excuse, it’s a fact that the prefrontal cortex doesn’t fully develop until 21-25 years of age. That’s our higher functioning and problem solving department. Don’t get me wrong, many of these teens enjoy inflicting pain and killing and they are fucking sick and need dealt with, but the brain development is why we don’t execute teens or young adults in our society.

As for the parenting thing, let’s face it, these kids were raised by grandparents or a single mother who is also probably at least part shithead. I hate ghetto culture and I think it is the most toxic culture in the US. It’s the most violent, most irresponsible, most impulsive, worst behaved and generally break the law constantly. Most Kids growing up in ghetto culture virtually have no chance at being a decent human being in most cases. There are exceptions of course and they need studied and dissected to figure out what makes them different so we can begin to replicate it like a vaccine.

I’ll be in Seattle in a few months. Gonna attend one of these protests and take some cantifas to suplex city.

Please do. And slam one for me as well. I sadly don’t have any anqueefa types in my area. Also, there is a Hawaiin Asian taco fusion place. Find it and go there. It’s amazing

I don’t plan on slamming any of them but I’ll hit up the taco spot

You will thank me. Can’t remember the name but it was on trip advisor and it was almost ten years ago and I still remember that place. Very few eateries hold memories like that-two places in Italy will always be remembered as some of the best food I ever had, but that taco place was dynamite

Umm what?

No.

I said people (left or right) should not be tolerant to intolerant or hate groups like "nazis and the sort"

So you don't believe in freedom of speech within the established restrictions.

What did the Christians say/do that was worthy of being physically attacked?

It can be several things. I would think that in a lot of cases it's really just parents working a lot that hurts the family and that's something that's beyond even being a good or bad parent that's people trying to make ends meet.

Also, it's easy to jump to conclusions and label people too. I knew a guy in a case you might have heard of, the lakewood wa. police shooting where Maurice Clemmons killed four officers. Well, I knew a cousin of his who got sent to prison for giving him a ride during the debacle. People that didn't know this guy was calling him a thug and all kinds of names but I knew the guy and he was nothing like what you'd think. Very well raised and well mannered, for whatever reason, his family got him involved in bullshit and he ended up a wasted life but he was nothiing like most people would think of some thug or ghetto loser. He was a guy in a horrible position and he got caught up, today I'd say he's institutionalized because he's gotten out and gone right back in several times. It's sad but he wasn't like what anyone would expect if they'd met him and talked to him.

The ones I grew up with were such simple people, mostly good god fearing people just living their lives. There are of course dark sides, their need to demonize and judge people but as much as I really hated them when I was young, I miss them all today for some reason. Just people really, not perfect.

The framework of evangelicalism is just so barren and non-liturgical. It's an individualistic conversion based model that operates on sola scriptura, biblical inerrancy, and salvation through faith alone with no emphasis placed on the Eucharist beyond mere symbolism. It is so extremely "Not Catholic" and opposed to Christian history and tradition that it's honestly difficult to even consider it part of the same religion, if you could even call it that.

The crucifixion itself at least has a ton of historical validity to it, and that alone makes almost everything about Christianity more fascinating. Outside of the gospels, there's no such consensus in regards to his ministry except that he started one and was brutally murdered for it. If he was as the NT describes, the dude had a pretty extraordinary ethics and moral code for somebody living in the savagery of the 1st century that cuts a really sympathetic figure given what happened to him. All of his original apostles suffered similarly brutal deaths aside from John, along with many others who came afterwards (including Paul).

The Crucifixion of Jesus was the death of Jesus of Nazareth by being nailed to a cross. It occurred in 1st-century Judaea, most likely in AD 30 or AD 33. The event is described in the four canonical gospels, referred to in the New Testament epistles, and attested to by other ancient sources. Scholars nearly universally accept the historicity of Jesus's crucifixion, although there is no consensus on the details. According to the canonical gospels, Jesus was arrested and tried by the Sanhedrin, and then sentenced by Pontius Pilate to be scourged and finally crucified by the Romans. The Gospel of John portrays his death as a sacrifice for sin. Collectively referred to as the Passion, Jesus's suffering and redemptive death by crucifixion are the central aspects of Christian theology concerning the doctrines of salvation and atonement.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8]
"Historicity"

Fascinating word.

I could've gone my whole life without knowing it, maybe using "historical veracity" instead, but now can whip this bad boy out and save 37.5% on syllables. And probably get looked at sideways too because I bet few know the word.

I get that, but these so-called Christians went into a neighborhood with lots of gays in it and protested against those people. They were looking for trouble and they found it. Protesting is their right, but getting my sympathy isn't going to happen. Fuck 'em.
Thats the way I feel about almost ALL protestors.

Was just there, Tacoma as well. Nearly got into a fight with a vagrant. He asked for a couple of bucks which I politely told him that I had none and then he proceeded to berate me and ranting about war and kids and work.

Our boy necro yeti is just down on his luck.

The article is a mess, but the best I can figure;

an anti-gay, anti-trans rally was held in the heart of Seattle’s gayest neighborhood (slay, kings and queens). Protesters showed up and a fight ensued. 23 people were arrested. Mayor says the hate mongers shouldn’t of done that and the people fighting cops shouldn’t have done that either.

Eh.

The part that's missing is the Christian group asked for another park and was denied by the mayor's office. Then the mayor's office suggested this place.

Pretty poor form to push the group into this park then pretend like they chose it to offend the gays.
