Cheers155/155 against Cerrone
Kinda sad to be honest...one moment you're favorites...next thing you wake up packing your belongings...UFC is ridiculously cheap. But understandable. He probably won’t become champ again so no point in paying him more than the $8k/8k these new kids are fighting for.
I remember when he was on that Wheaties box back in the day. He was Dana’s golden boy.

Yes, Clay was 11/4 with an online bookie and I backed him! You could say the blueprint was there way before he even made it big.Didn't he get wrestlefucked by Clay Guida in his UFC debut?

I remember watching his UFC debut when I was 12 and was a fan from the moment I saw that Showtime kick highlight. Have a good post-UFC career Anthony Pettis
I would hate for Coker to lick my lips.Scott Coker must be licking his lips

They can afford anyone that Viacom is willing to pay for. Who with a name have they actually passed on? Not manyBellator already signed Romero, Rumble, Machida, Davis, Mittrione, Fedor.... They don't have deep pockets like the UFC does. At some point, they can't afford all the UFC's cuts. My gut feeling says that's now. I think they broke the bank for Romero and Rumble, and what value does Pettis add above them?
Most likely not signing back instead of being cut, who knows what the UFC offered tho, he is still entertaining but loses too many fights.Yet Mike Perry is still on the roster lol
Adds depth to the roster. He's still in his early 30's and not completely over the hill yet.I don’t see why? I like Anthony, but at the end of the day all they are getting is yet another UFC cast off.
Pettis is one of the richest fighters in UFC history. His contract was astonishing. He made a ton of money in his UFC stint.UFC is ridiculously cheap. But understandable. He probably won’t become champ again so no point in paying him more than the $8k/8k these new kids are fighting for.
