Crime Andrew Tate just lost a boxing match

Jake did call for the fight ( literally ) .

Joshua wouldn’t go purposefully seeking Jake it’s just not realistic, the other side would have to had present an offer to him .

Jake is a very delusional person but that’s why he’s created a name for himself, bf the fight he was talking to Eddie Hearn in the last presser on how he beat great fighters and he wasn’t even joking , the notion of how a fighter sees himself or perceives himself is usually greater then what they actually are and Jake proves that .

He’s a decent fighter though for what he’s done .

A lot of people in boxing right now want to fight Jake because it's a fairly easy W and you'll make 7 figures, maybe even 8.

And Jake is terrible. He's less than novice. Hes just a good example of what being rich, the right complexion, having favourable media status among a key demographic, and a modicum of athleticism can get you in a Sport.

Put it like this:

Arturo Gatti was a C-level fighter who lost almost every fight where he tried to touch the upper-tier. But he got insanely famous and numerous bites at the apple because of his last name, and the perception of him being this throwback warrior. This was Gatti (if you dont know or remember him):

Now that's a C-level fighter. Jake Paul is hot steaming garbage by comparison. His only two fights against people who have a modicum of boxing skill and aren't elderly, he got tooled. Also consensus among the boxing community is that Tyson was holding back. Take that for whatever its worth.

Jake is great for marketing, but that's all.

Wait how was Arturo Gatti a C-level fighter ? He was a WBC champ at a point iirc. That's way beyond C-level

Say what you want about Jake Paul, but he probably could have whooped on both Tate and the guy he lost to back-to-back on the same night

Easily.

Fucking guy took shots from Joshua and isn't dead yet. He actually landed a couple on Joshua himself.

Don't make excuses for Paul...after all that talk and hyping himself into a huge payday he showed an absolutely cowardly performance where he ran like a bitch and dived to the floor and Joshuas ankles a dozen times to save being hurt, but still got his face broken anyway the first real shot that landed when he stopped running, which will hopefully end his boxing career for good. A great outcome all around. He got exposed and he embarrassed America in the process.
This is how real boxers feel about Paul.

Getting hold of a few titles doesnt mean a whole lot in modern boxing. He was a C-level fighter because every time he fought someone who wasnt, he lost, and even against some nobodies, he had life or death battles with them. The best name he probably every beat convincingly was Jesse James Leija, who was old and 3 divisions higher than his prime when they fought.

Gatti was also notorious for cheating. Multiple fights with low blow penalties, and on the scale.

How did he got exposed?

He's a Youtuber that started boxing for shits and giggles in his 20s. No one above the age of about 14 thought he was an elite or even good boxer.

Maybe some people had high expectations for him but I didn't. Lasting 6 rounds, getting a few shots in and not being carried out on a stretcher is already impressive because, you know, he's NOT a boxer.

I found the dumb guy who is the reason Jake gets paid what he gets paid. Baits people like you into rage watching LOL

Also, I never made any excuses for Paul in his fight. I said he would whoop Tate's bum ass.

I understand. So according to that someone like Zab Judah would also be C-tier ?

And just to make sure I understand those criterias how would you rank Shawn Porter and Errol Spence Jr ? For me they're both A-tier but maybe you rank them B and A respectively?

No, Zab was the unified Welterweight Champion. He had all 4 belts and homes victories over better than C-level fighters himself. When he was aged he also beat a few young prospects who were meant to heat him. Albeit he was incredibly inconsistent. Porter and Spence were also at the very to of the decision and have victories over much better fighters than Gatti's victories.

I mean name one guy Gatti best who was of consequence? The only one who stands out was Ward, who was being called a Club Fighter a year before but happened to get a hold of a title on a longshot. Judah beat Ward as a young prospect.

I understand. It's a matter of quality of wins, how a fighter fared against top opposition.

Yes indeed. Gatti was a fan favorite, and a Hell of an entertaining fighter. But just didn't get much done in elite competition. Judah, Porter, Spence all have notable wins on that level. However I will say Spence was an incredible disappointment. Hes gonna end up a "could have been" in History because of his proclivity for drinking a lot of alcohol and then driving obscenely fast.

I think Jake Paul was the worse offender. 2 for 14 takedown attempts. I guess Anthony Joshua had been working on his takedown defence.

AJ said in an interview today I think when asked about the 6 rounds that (im paraphrasing) there is 2 ways to defeat a man, ko him or watch him give up and lose his soul in the ring, I wanted to do that to jake and when I saw he had given up i finished it

People are giving Jake credit for fighting him, but i think most of us here would fight Anthony Joshua for $92,000,000
Me too

I find it weird that people are slagging him off for losing in boxing.

He has enough to be disliked for. This shouldn't be one of them.

He's a disgusting piece of terrible shit who I can't say enough about how horrible he is...this is an added extra. Mate.

I don't like him either, or the entire "manosphere" BS manifesting on the internet. Don't get me wrong.

I just find it to be a bit weird to go after someone using absolutely everything, even the things that the usual person wouldn't be disrespected for.

By all means, attack and mock him for all the bad things that he has done. If he embarrasses himself, slips on a banana peel or someone smashes a pie into his face, have at it.

I just don't think that losing in a competitive combat sport should be used to do so.

Everything should be used against him. You know who he is, right?

Vaguely, though I've never searched for his stuff.

The internet is full of ragebaiting, misogynistic and misandric BS as it is, and I generally don't like the idea of other men telling me how to live.
