Television Amazon Prime to add commercials

Streaming got really convenient for a while with everything being on a couple platforms. Now there’s a bunch of them springing up everyday like a damn hydra and content getting fragmented all over the place. Now they’re sneaking ads back in here and there.

It’s like they want me to cancel it all and go back to torrenting

This was always the plan.

Soon there will be tiered plans, with the top plan "only" subjecting you to an hour of ads per month.
Yeah, it's almost like the drive for infinite growth and infinite profit, is bad, or something? Idk don't think too much about it.

and it's faster to get your packages

I get one commercial at the beginning of a show. I don't mind. For now.
I got two 30 sec ads on a 40 minute show the other day that's included with Amazon. They start adding more than that and I'll just pay the extra $2.99 or whatever it is because I've still got a lot of things I want to watch on there eventually.

I watched a show on Amazon last night and the ads were honestly a little annoying. Will make me reconsider my Prime subscription
